the staff did not accept complaints, the information was written for 2 guests. but only one towel was given and it was very very dirty, the room cleanliness was very bad 😭

There is a stove but the gas canister is not filled. Broken water cookware. Not even a tablespoon. Not to mention the drainage in the shower area, clogged.

Mau nangis mati listrik malem malem katanya dibenerin besok, handuk di kasih 1, gas abis, kamar kotor. Ya kalo mau liburan menyenangkan jangan nginep di sini deh.

The electricity went out for 4 hours, and the PIC was slow to respond. Service is not good. 300k deposit hopefully can be returned.

The service is not good, I have promised to check in at 14.00 the staff is poor. As a result, I arrived at the apart at 14.00 and waited for 2 hours before being able to check in, on the phone I couldn't chat, tick 1. The bed sheet was a bit dirty.

Sesuai foto, lumayan sih cuma kebersihannya agak kurang. Di sudut kamar mandi, bagian bawah ranjang kotor. Di bagian dapur ada semut. Overall masi ok. Oiya mungkin koordinasi internal perlu ditingkatkan karena saya stay 2 malam dan udah info ke no yang bersangkutan tp malam ke 2 nya saya ditanyain apakah sudah kembalikan kunci oleh yang memberikan kunci saat hari pertama dan ternyata yang bersangkutan tidak diinfo oleh kantor nya kalo saya stay 2 malam.

The room smells of cigarettes, check-in is late because the cleaning staff complains about being understaffed. Check out process went well. Communication is quite smooth.
