The room shown in the app didn't match the room the staff showed me at all. There were no windows or a balcony. It's not suitable for those who want to relax, enjoy a nice atmosphere, or have a good view. I was very disappointed. For check-in, you have to contact them via chat and wait for staff to greet you at the door. Security uses a key card to enter the building before you can enter, and another key card to use the elevator. It's like a condo, which felt inconvenient and not like a hotel stay. The cleanliness of the bed linens and pillowcases needs improvement.

The apartment is not supposed to be rented for short time (air BnB), We were not allowed to enter from the main lobby and smuggled from the back door. We decided to left the building because we felt like we were there illegally.

Closest to twin tower with many various of restaurant

The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful.

The location is close to KLCC, train station, places to eat (in the morning there are lots of stalls selling breakfast, in the evening there are food trucks in front of the hotel).

Clean room. There is iron and hair dryer, very close to Suria klcc.

Pros: very close to my intended destinations. Washer+dryer is a plus. No problem with the food around the area. Room is simple. View is good. Person in charge is great. Cons: the noises still slightly get through. A bit of smell outside. No plates & utensils.
