From the moment we arrived, there was no receptionist. Someone immediately approached us, no one knew who we were. When we were directed to our room, no one helped with our luggage, and the room was dirty and dusty. There was no hot water. When we reported it, they said the gas was full, but it wasn't on. There was mold in the stovetop cupboard. The room smelled musty.

I stayed here, the place is nice, but because it is made of wood, it would be better because during the rainy season please help the front of the wood there is a hole, and it is dangerous if someone brings small children, and the door is difficult to close because the lock cannot be removed. I have reported it but it was ignored. When checking out there was no one. The back road is slippery with lots of moss and the entrance is uphill with lots of moss, it would be better to clean it because I'm afraid of slipping. When we wanted to go out at night to get food by motorbike because it had rained and the road was very muddy and there was not enough lighting. So my sister and nephew fell, luckily they were okay, but there were also many victims. It would be better because Jalan Arjuna has lots of villas, please note that the road is very dangerous because there is a lot of dirt. Poor those on holiday riding motorbikes. Be careful for those riding motorbikes. Thank you.

Comfortable, good service, clean, and nice atmosphere

Not very clean and comfortable. Because some of the lights are out, the water heater is small, you have to light the stove with matches, and there are mice.

The villa is nice, comfortable, and the air is very cool so it's nice to sleep.

The location is okay, but the view is somewhat obstructed by the villa in front. Perhaps the service from the guard needs to be improved, as yesterday they weren't on standby and were a bit difficult to contact. The hot water wasn't very good either.

The view of the villa faces the front and back neighbor's roof tiles, the service is lacking, especially when we need items that should be prepared.

The water heater in the bathroom needs repair. It's a bit of a hassle having to boil water just for a shower. Wi-Fi isn't available in all rooms. It's sometimes on and sometimes off.

There were lots of ants in the room and bathroom, and it wasn't soundproof. I had to call three times to ask for mineral water. They said they had two bottles in each room, but in reality, my room only had one bottle. If you had to pay, just tell me, I didn't have to call three times.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The air is cool, breezy during the day, and comfortable even without air conditioning. There's a nearby convenience store for instant noodles or snacks.

The staff is easy to communicate with, the hot water needs to be fixed immediately.

I didn't end up staying here after reading the review, my mistake was that I didn't read the review first, I just booked it because it couldn't be canceled, what I read was because most of the complaints were about rats, I was immediately shocked because I was traumatized by rats, finally the day we stayed I immediately looked for another inn, and it turned out that there were also many reviews that the view was not good so I decided not to come to this inn even though I had paid for 4 days and 3 nights.. well what else can I do, just take it as a lesson before booking and paying, you have to look at the review first.. sorry I didn't stay there so I don't know how the food tastes and how comfortable it is because this review must be clicked so I clicked according to people's reviews,, hopefully there are no more rats because if there really are, it will be very uncomfortable..

The staff was friendly, and really quick, so check in went smooth, the cabin was spacious, and well kept, it also came with a smart TV which I find nice to have considering this is a small cabin complex, and my family liked it However, I do have some complaints, I did thought the view was nice when I saw it in the application, however the reality is quite opposite, the view was blocked, by another villa which was unfortunate. There were also some rats in the top floor, which made us uncomfortable, and I think that the staff should really pay attention on its cleanliness. But in general this is a great cabin to stay.

Can't sleep at night because there are mice hiding under the bed☹️

It was a bit disappointing to stay yesterday on May 6-7, 2025, the villa turned out to be located behind another villa which was not very aesthetic, there were no staff on standby at the villa so we called here and there the receptionist was quite far away, we had to use a vehicle to get there. When we arrived and went home, there was no staff to greet and escort us.

Admin response is very slow. Please maximize the hot water.
