Very clean and roomy! Only complaint was the doors slammed automatically and were loud.

Quick, easy check in. Accommodating to pets. Clean, comfortable rooms. Lots of amenities. I will definitely be back!

Everything was awesome

Hotel is clean, staff are kind. It’s going ok. A person walked into our room but was luckily stopped by one of the locks on the door. Hotel staff said it was housekeeping.. not sure why housekeeping would be just walking into a room that is occupied. When we called the lobby to report this, they did apologize but did not do anything extra to make us (2 women) feel safe again in our room.

The facility was very clean and the location was convenient. I especially loved our suite which featured a kitchen, couch, etc. Check out time at noon is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Great

As a family we're absolutely crazy in love with IHG Hotels. We've been to various locations of IHG Hotels & it's always a pleasant experience. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Great customer service. If I had to really nick pick, I don't like that the social hour is only Mondays- Wednesdays. That's not really a big deal IMO. It's clean & very well maintained. The staff always makes sure guests are well taken care of. The Lions Den is a cool place to relax & hangout. Unfortunately someone took the remote to the TV. Regardless, it's still a cool spot to hangout in the hotel.

Felt like home

Very clean property, probably quite new. Spacious rooms would full kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gentleman taking care of breakfast area did a great job and was very helpful. Location was perfect for short drive to downtown Detroit

Our stay at the hotel was with our daughter, son-in-law, and three granddaughters. The suite provided ample space for our family. The nearby Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village were a major advantage. The hotel's cleanliness was evident throughout, complemented by an attractive swimming pool and hot tub.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean updated very modern had everything you needed. Staff was very accommodating. Food was very good. Overall I have no complaint ,really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here with my Daughter on a trip to see Detroit. The hotel is very convenient to the highway and not far from Downtown. Our room was a one bedroom suite and was as pictured on the website. Cleanliness was fantastic and our room was cleaned everyday and they did a great job. Breakfast was good with waffle makers, mini-omelettes, sausages, cereal, bagels, etc. everyday. Was a good location to visit the sites in the area such as The Henry Ford. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only feedback would be that the little Snack Shop in the lobby seemed like it was out of several things and in needed to be restocked.

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Outside area was nice. Did not like how it wasn't close to much but hotel was nice.

Beautiful and clean. The room was large enough

Power outage. Could not get in room…understand. But after being in airport 16 hours and cancelled flight, did not understand why they took my reservation when they had no power. Would have been nice to have a water or something

We were there for 6 nights. Housekeeping came 1 time.

The curtains kept out the light so it’s possible to sleep in. We enjoyed the breakfast variety. The area was quiet which was interesting as the highway was nearby. Definitely stay here again.
