pro: -staff. ok -friendly. con: - paid parking (2 thousand/hour progressive,) even though renting a room there + complicated to find an empty one. - entering the building must look for an officer / security guard. because access to enter uses fingerprints & / facial recognition. - moldy room + ceilings have water seepage marks.

I stayed with my family. The service was very friendly, the location was also easy to find even though it was quite far from the city center but close to the UNS campus. There was no internet in the room, the water in the bathroom was also not smooth, the shower was dead. Some areas of the room also had spider webs which indicated that they were rarely cleaned. Vehicle parking is also paid.

Not wearing when greeting security "NGEGASSS" there should be a greeting GOOD NIGHT, MORNING, AFTERNOON, EVENING is there anything WE CAN HELP, this is not asked in a good language the answer is NGEGASS.. plus the APARTMENT class, the admin still writes by hand like the OYO level... No trash can, no water heater to make coffee. Soap is also not refilled, almost finished. Midnight wifi quota runs out. The bathroom water heater was initially on but in the morning it didn't work.
