The downside to this hotel is the limited parking, or perhaps it's because I was there on vacation. The narrow corridors also limit movement when other guests or hotel staff are on the other side. But the strategic location outweighs these limitations...

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, comfortable, and quiet... But there are a few things I might want to consider... 1. Using the room key via the phone app is a hassle, in my opinion, because it's complicated. 2. The soundproofing in the room isn't good. There's a gas station next to my room, so the sound of passing motorcycles can be heard in the room.

Got a mattress, or maybe a pillow, that smelled of drool.

In my opinion, this is one of the recommended hotels in Cihampelas that is quite up-to-date and doesn't bother with room keys. You can use the application on your cellphone. Luckily, I got a pretty good breakfast here and the variety is quite good. Luckily, my room on the second floor had a less than perfect view, but I got a view of a gas station. But that's okay. I felt comfortable staying here while in Bandung. To go to Alfamart or to some shops, you have to walk from the right side of the hotel. It's a bit downhill, but that's okay. The wifi is good for working. The staff are very friendly.

Nice place to stay, strategic location, and only a 1 km walk to Cihampelas Walk. Recommended for business trips or family trips. The price is quite affordable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay here.🫶🏻

Comfortable and very good service

The first time I stayed here, it was quite comfortable, but because the key access uses an application on my cellphone, it was a bit of a hassle because I was not used to it.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room design was modern. The location is congested, especially on weekends. If you come here by GrabCar, especially on weekends during heavy traffic and rain, it's a bit difficult to get a ride.

A hotel with a smart concept. The rooms are quite clean, but the bathrooms are a bit small. Access is via smartphone (using a cell phone).

I really enjoyed staying at the Moritz Hotel. The hotel is close to the Cihampelas shopping center and is easily accessible to other locations. Check-in and check-out were also very easy, and the hotel has implemented the latest technology for keyless or cardless access. The important thing is, the staff upgraded my room without any extra charge for promotion. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bandung.

The room's ambiance seems to be bright and the curtains aren't voile, allowing light to enter. The choice of curtains that don't absorb sunlight greatly affects the room's ambiance, making it seem barren. The bed cover is also worn and dull.
