Cute budget hotel. The accessibility was a problem though. It’s located inside a gated alley. Your online taxi couldn’t pass through after 10 PM. Everything else was nice.

The stay here was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Although there's no elevator, the staff helped carry luggage. However, because the outdoor smoking area has a door open all the time, cigarette smoke can enter the hallway. Rooms also lack a kettle, glasses, or refrigerator. However, there is a shared kitchen available for use. For those driving, please note that parking is limited and there's a curfew during which the entrance gate will be closed, requiring alternative routes.

The hotel's location is strategically located near Jalan Kaliurang, offering numerous dining options and a quiet environment. It offers complete amenities, including a shared kitchen and swimming pool, though unfortunately there's no hot water. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there's no smart TV, and all the power outlets are loose. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll likely return.

It was well worth the price. The surroundings are pleasant, with plenty of eateries, so food is easy to find. I arrived 15 minutes before check-in and was asked to wait, but was eventually allowed. Usually, once the room is ready, you can move in straight away. I didn't try the menu as there's no breakfast package. Overall, it's a good option for accommodation in Yogyakarta, especially if you need one close to UGM.

Okay, but parking is limited, even though there's valet parking. The hotel staff aren't very aware. Valet parking should provide a valet card, but you have to actively ask for it several times.

The check-in and out process is fast, the staff is on standby, the room is quite clean and the bathroom is good, access is close especially for destinations to UGM and its surroundings, there are many restaurants and cafes around.

Overall, it's good, but the only downside is road access after 9 PM. If you're driving, opening and closing the gate can be a hassle.

The room size is quite spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic and around the hotel there are many culinary or minimarkets. I had a problem with a leaking AC and was given a solution by moving the room to the 3rd floor. In this hotel there is no elevator, so it's not bad if the location is on the 3rd floor. There is a common kitchen facility, so you can still make coffee or cook instant noodles, unfortunately the location is quite far from the room (on the 1st floor). Parking is sufficient although not too wide and is outdoor. Suggestion: need to check the cleanliness of the bed again because the blanket is a bit itchy.

It's very exciting because the hotel concept is unique.

Sorry for giving it a bad rating for cleanliness, because there are spider webs in the room, there are lots of leeches in the bathroom, and coincidentally I got a blanket that had lipstick stains on it + it smelled bad. It wasn't airtight, and the next room was so loud you could hear big bugs.
