2nd time, simple and comfortable. Nice place and much worth the price. Affordable.

A clean hotel with nice facilities and a big, beautiful lake park with jogging trails, enjoyed staying here. Definitely my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I stayed two nights. The biggest problem was the broken door lock. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and a technician came to fix it right away. However, because I was in a hurry, I didn't stay in the room to wait for it to be repaired. Another major drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options, and the taste was just average. Everything else was great. I would come back here again, but I wouldn't add breakfast as an option.

It’s a hidden gem, i love to stay here especially bring a baby and old person because we could have a walk in the morning with beautiful view! Affordable and neat

I have stayed at this hotel before and always found it to be a very nice place, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment. The room cleanliness was a serious issue. The room was not properly cleaned, and even after requesting a room change, the second room had the same cleanliness problems. This shows a lack of proper housekeeping standards and quality control. It is really disappointing to experience this at a hotel I once trusted and enjoyed. Sadly, based on this visit, I cannot recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, really good price.. how come in high season the hotel is still priced at around 500 thousand.. it's really worth it.. the hotel is clean, the lobby is clean.. the service is good. In the hotel there is also a seal, there is a salon, there is a cafe, everything is complete. If I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here 🥰

Staff was good and very friendly, take care of us and reasonable

late check in, staff was friendly, check in was fast, room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast start as early as 6am, food spread was great. downside, no water bottle in the room, no sending iron to room but need to go to 3rd floor if need to iron, bathroom has no lock, it's a small see through glassed wall bathroom, except for the area in the middle.

The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, very good.

The reception and security were helpful.

Pool is big and clean. Game room is equipped with arcade, ping pong, snooker. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Maintenance of the room can be improved.

Everything was okie except for the breakfast. Disappointed with the breakfast served. We came to the dining area around 7 AM and 70% of the meals finished already. Plus, there was no nasi lemak 🥲 I guess it is a mandatory dish for every hotel breakfast, even budget hotels serve it. Very disappointed. Feel like the breakfast was not Malaysian friendly. Please improve on the menu served. Everything else was nice.
