Before booking, I asked if the hotel had parking. The hotel said yes, but when I arrived, I had to park quite far away because the hotel didn't have any parking. In that case, there should have been a staff member riding a motorbike to help guests park their cars and then take them home, but there wasn't any. The room didn't have a refrigerator, and I needed a refrigerator to store milk for my baby. I asked the receptionist, but the receptionist said the hotel didn't have a refrigerator either. The kettle was broken, and the hair dryer was broken too. Room 103 😁

Regarding parking, the hotel staff informed you that parking will be on the street and will guide you to the parking place. Due to the limited number of staff, we are not able to assist you in picking up your car. We will review and try to fix it as soon as possible. Regarding the refrigerator, the hotel has a shared one in the lobby, perhaps due to incorrect information exchange leading to misunderstanding, the kettle and hair dryer have also been checked and replaced. I'm very happy with the staff's attention. I informed them that my mom is 80 years old and need a heater. They prepared it in advance plus extra blankets. The hotel is nice and comfort.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely French style. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I would absolutely reccomend this hotel and will be staying there again when I return.

Lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a wonderful host, Sunny. Le Soleil is conveniently located in town and just minutes from Da Lat market as well as lots of dining options and quaint little cafes. We've arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to have the room available for early check-in. During the stay, nothing was too much of a trouble at all. Definitely would return again for their warm hospitality.

Hotel xinh, lễ tân, nhân viên, chị chủ tất cả đều rất dễ thương. Phòng có gặp trục trặc về điện một tí được xử lý ngay. Tiếc cái phòng không có đèn ngủ, mình bị khó ngủ vì lạ phòng nên phải bật đèn cả đêm mơi ngủ được. Khách sạn xử lý được vđê này thì tuyệt lun.

Khách sạn rất xinh, phòng rất ấm cúng và dễ thương ý. Anh chị chủ nhiệt tình, vui tính, giá cả hợp lý, lúc về còn được nhà chị chủ tặng 1 gói cafe túi lọc rất xinh xắn nữa. Rất đáng tiền ở luôn. Nếu có dịp ghé đà lạt nữa sẽ ở lại nhà này 😊

The lobby is super nice, at first I booked the room because of that lobby, the room was neat and clean, fully equipped, including a hair dryer, filtered water for guests. When I checked out, I was given a small package of cute coffee made by the owner's house

Mình đã có những ngày tuyệt vời tại khách sạn, khách sạn nằm bên cạnh trung tâm thành phố, đi lại khá dễ dàng và thuận tiện. Dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và tiện nghi, khung cảnh bao quát khách sạn rất đẹp và nên thơ. Đây sẽ là 1 trong những khách sạn mình sẽ quay lại và rất rcm mng nên đến nhé.

Clean room, hot water all day. Near the dining area, the hotel also sells temporary breakfast. Rent a motorbike 150k, no car parking. Bad soundproofing.

Currently, we have put foam and wood paneling in the hallway as well as glued the door lids to reduce noise. Regarding the car parking space, you can back your car into the cellar or park your car close to the hotel fence. We apologize for not informing you about parking.
