Great, the hotel is excellent. Very comfortable to stay in. In short, you won't regret staying there.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Palangka Raya city center, close to Duta Mall, Lippo Mall, Palma Mall, and Bundaran Besar. Dining is also easy, as there are numerous cafes and food stalls on both sides and in front of us. Management would like to improve the cleanliness of the rooms (beds and bathrooms). Our favorite part was breakfast at the restaurant. The menu is extensive, with everything from traditional to international, and the taste is also good. There's also a swimming pool for children. Overall, the Best Western Hotel is quite good.

+ Arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM. Check-in 1 hour early with the help of the staff. All staff were very kind. The lobby, corridors, and rooms were clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was also quite fast. There were many choices of breakfast menu. - The TV wasn't a smart TV yet but it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom might need an upgrade as it felt "old school" especially the shower head.

When I arrived at the room, there were ants everywhere, the room was not very clean.

The staff was friendly enough, but no one helped with luggage either during check-in or check-out. Overall, it wasn't a big deal, as the floor isn't carpeted, so pushing your own luggage wasn't too difficult. The food was delicious, and the staff were quite friendly. The location is centrally located. The facilities are commensurate with the price, although perhaps they could be cheaper or the facilities could be improved, such as replacing or repairing the damaged sofa in the room.
