The experience of staying here was very disappointing. The room temperature was very hot because it was understood that the cooling tower had a short circuit. Not only was it not cold, the blower did not even feel any wind. The problem was not only in my room—the room next door had no water supply at all. What is more regrettable is the way the management handled this issue. When basic amenities failed to be provided, there was absolutely no initiative to give discounts, compensation vouchers, or reduce the room price. At least offer appropriate compensation for the guests' inconvenience. The service and crisis management are very poor, not worth the price.

In Google Maps, the correct location of this hotel is the "Grand Barakah Hotel". It was the same building, and the physical signage correctly shows that. Just in Google Maps, it was outdated. All in all, a good stay. I was too busy to take any photos of the hotel's facilities other than the complimentary coffee in the room. Well worth the recommendation, especially the Surau in the hotel.

We had a bad experience during our 2-night stay whereby, besides the pricing was expensive. The rooms were not clean, bad odor, dusty. Aircon not functioning well, very stuffy. We called the maintenance guy to fix the issue but still the aircon not cool. The room fridge also not working so we can't keep our medicine in the fridge. The second night, the aircon was still bad so we requested a change of unit. Unfortunately, the aircon for the replacement room also not working well. We had to call the maintenance again to fix the issue. Finally, the aircon is working but the room fridge still not working.
