My kids and I really enjoyed our staycation here, but from the beginning of our stay, the staff didn't understand hospitality and how to serve or the language. I think the owner should pay more attention to how to sell rooms wisely, the rules that must be understood in the hospitality world and regulate staff not to talk carelessly even though there are quite fatal cases if they happen with the difference between standard rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Last time I stayed, I was given a room with a leaking AC, once in the bathroom, the toilet bowl had a vix@l which turned out not to have been flushed, imagine if the kids used the toilet first, how would it look like a vix@l!! When I was having breakfast in the pantry around 10 am, I saw the room in front of the pantry being cleaned, then someone came in to check in, a girl who looked like a mindik2 carrying a big suitcase, I remembered asking the staff about the check-in time who said 2:00 PM, I asked how much for early check-in? The staff's answer was blunt, 2:00 PM, even 1:59 PM is not possible, hey. The staff on duty are not efficient, yesterday they were bothered with parking, they spoke incoherently, which disturbed my rest time, and I had to go out twice just to take care of parking! Tsk tsk tsk, the staff are just as unfriendly. When we checked in, they didn't smile, and when we checked out, they were just as indifferent. However, the staff who cleaned the women's rooms were quite old, very kind, friendly, and very helpful. Hopefully, the staff will be given a lot of training, it's a shame because the place is already nice and comfortable, but it will damage the hospitality image if the staff still doesn't smile and greet.

The hotel room is clean, spacious, the mattress is also soft, happened to bring children so booked the Family Room type with an extra mattress underneath (pull out). The bathroom is clean, fragrant, strong water, amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, body wash and shampoo, and a hair dryer. Bottled mineral water for welcome. There is a pantry. There is a children's pool. The hotel staff is friendly when assisting with the check-in process. Security with single door access with a card and password given at check-in. You can eat and drink coffee sans at the cafe in front too.

Lots of red ants, so it's annoying. The Wi-Fi doesn't connect in the room. Overall, it's good, just needs to improve the service and cleanliness.

I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I finally stayed with my young family, and my wife had no complaints. For the price range, this hotel is excellent.

Comfortable, clean, delicious food, laundry service, a cafe downstairs, and close to my son's ITERA campus. If I were there again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I stayed there for a week last week while dropping my son off at college.

The location is not on the side of the highway but no problem because it is easy to find using maps. Cheap hotel but not cheap. Clean amenities are available toothbrush, toothpaste and towels, hot water is available, clean toilets, drinks are also available and there is a small prayer room and a mini pool for children. If you bring parents choose the lower floor. The hotel only has two floors without an elevator but it's okay to climb a few stairs. There is a mini cafe downstairs if you are hungry, unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try it because I have to check out in the morning. Next time I will definitely come here again.

The first time here was quite good, there is a swimming pool facility specifically for children, the AC is cold and the place is comfortable. The cafe is comfortable for assignments, not noisy, most people come to the cafe for assignments, the wifi is smooth, the food is delicious, the tables and chairs are ergonomic. The atmosphere around the guest house is comfortable because it is located in a housing complex so it's good for jogging in the morning. The ladies are all friendly and kind, and also fast response.
