Regarding the presence of flies, we completely understand how uncomfortable this must have been. Kintamani’s natural environment can sometimes attract more insects, especially during certain seasons, but it’s our responsibility to manage this more effectively. Your comment about the fly trap placement near the check-in table has been noted, and we agree — that location is far from ideal. We are already working on relocating it to a more discreet area and ensuring traps are also placed strategically around the cabins to prevent flies from entering guest rooms.
We’re also very sorry to hear that your room’s water heater wasn’t working properly. We’ve shared this with our maintenance team to ensure it’s promptly fixed, and we will be inspecting all units to prevent similar issues for future guests.
As for the garden, thank you for pointing this out. We truly value the beauty of our natural surroundings, and we agree that proper landscaping plays a big role in enhancing the view. We’ll be taking action to better maintain the grass and manage weeds around the property.
