The room view is not good, even though I asked the staff for a better view. The toilet is dirty with black moss and the drain is dirty.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful mountain view. The flower garden is also nice, clean, and well-maintained. The heated swimming pool is a favorite. As for the food, it lacks seasoning. The Indonesian food isn't very varied, but it's tasty, just a little lacking in salt. The bread and dessert section is complete, perhaps they could add some cake. For the record: the spa staff are unfriendly. As soon as I walked in, I already had a bad look on my face. Even though I only asked a few questions, the answers were less than pleasant. I didn't want to continue looking at the price list. Because the most important thing is the first interaction. If it's not pleasant and friendly from the start, I'm reluctant to continue. I got free photos. The photo staff were very friendly, which made me interested in printing more, no matter the additional cost. The hotel gave away so many vouchers so you don’t have to go somewhere else in Puncak. Super great for staycation

Everything is okay from the staff, room facilities, hotel facilities... However, the taste of the food needs to be improved or perhaps you can hire more qualified human resources in the restaurant, the taste is still inferior to other 5 star hotels.

The hotel staff was very helpful when I went out for dinner, and when I returned to the hotel the parking lot was full, so they helped me with valet parking.

The hotel's high location keeps the temperature quite cool at night, perfect for those of us who wanted a luxury hotel getaway but far from the city. For those of us with small children, there are plenty of activities to choose from, including a playground, a heated swimming pool, and even feeding the rabbits. The hotel grounds are expansive, yet the grass and plants are well-maintained. This hotel is perfect for families, especially seniors, or those vacationing with children.

The coolest vacation is when you go to Puncak.
