The hotel is located in a residential area but has good access to everything. There are complete supermarkets like Gota, Saga Beauty, Indomaret, Alfamart, laundry, culinary spots, and cafes nearby so you won't go hungry. First of all, the receptionist was friendly and kind, plus the hotel staff who delivered things to the room were also good. The room was clean, the sheets were clean, the room had a window so the air circulation was good. The AC was quite cold, but my bathroom light was out and my TV couldn't connect to the internet. I told the receptionist that I was just waiting for the technician, but he didn't come until noon. Hopefully, this repair service can be improved. Otherwise, it's okay.

Overall, it's fine and good. Just be careful with the towels, as they're a bit stiff and rough.

According to my husband, he was very pleased with his six-day stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and the hot and cold water were available. However, it's far from the shopping center and it's a long way to find food. A supermarket would be a good idea for guests to have a convenient location.

Amazing, my sister was not feeling well and arrived before the check-in time but was able to immediately get a room according to the reservation and because she still needed rest, she was able to do a late check-in until 13.00. The check-in and check-out process was fast. The room was clean and comfortable, plus the staff were friendly and the service was good. Please maintain it.
