Very suitable for cheap backpackers, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, smooth water, just not enough tv

Quiet safe environment (one gate system), friendly service, relatively new building. Clean. The size of the bathroom is small, the placement of the toilet is not friendly for tall people. No hot water, no tv, no AC. Fan. The quality of the bed is good (springbed comforta), the table, chair and cupboard, the location is one with the cost of the employees. The location is close to places to eat (outside the complex). Overall worth the price (lowest price) considering the location in the middle of the city.
