The toilet really wanted to pee even though it had been flushed, and the toilet door couldn't be locked either.

My favorite hotel, but I recommend this for those who want to stay here, try taking the junior suite, it's really my favorite, the only downside is there's no breakfast🥺

Great... the room is spacious and comfortable. Hopefully I can come here again the day after tomorrow.

good service, in terms of the hotel it is good, cleanliness is good, the only minus is that there are already yellow and black spots on the bed, the towels are still okay but the hotel should replace them with new ones.

The hallway leading to the room smelled of cigarette smoke, so it could be felt even when entering the room, for us who don't smoke it was uncomfortable. It would be better if there was an exhaust fan in the hallway.

The front office woman is not friendly

Yesterday I took a superior room type which can only be occupied by 2 people. If you want more than 2 people, you will be charged 150 per person or have to upgrade to a family room type which adds 235 thousand per room. I went to the receptionist to ask for 2 additional slippers and the guy said they would be delivered to the room but they didn't deliver them and when I called they didn't pick up, the wifi also didn't connect to the room.

For the bedroom it is quite comfortable. It's just that the front office staff are not very friendly and seem curt when receiving guests.

The cleaning staff was clearly dishonest, I left my charger behind but they said it wasn't there.

the staff and security can be checked again, the service is not friendly, it is considered indifferent as far as the hotels we have ever encountered. the bathroom doesn't use camphor and the room doesn't smell good 🤦🏼‍♂️ kama
