One word for my stay here was "great." The only thing I felt was the lack of soundproofing in the room, but everything else was fine. I would stay here again if I ever travel to Bengkulu.

Very bad. 1 room has insects like lice that come out of the wooden TV. Bath towels with holes are not thrown away but given to customers to use. Wifi from dawn to 10 pm is not working, hard to work quota runs out big loss. Paying a lot can't get the best.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the cleanliness wasn't great. The room floor was dusty and dirty, the toilet was muddy, and the water heater was broken.

The location is close to town, the rooms are standard. The service is very disappointing. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once, and that was after a complaint and a long wait. The rest of the time, we requested cleaning every day, but it wasn't done for various reasons. The staff only apologized but offered no solutions.
