This hotel looks like an abandoned hotel. Room was very dusty, and I got an allergic reaction to it. The aircon was not cold. There is a lot of stain in the bed linen. The elevator was broken! Overall rating is 3.8/10.

How come a hotel doesnt have a lock but we have to call receptionist every time we want to open the door from outside, the bathroom is never been cleaned before, the bed sheet still have dent, the room is too big, I booked for 2 days but I decide to checked out 1 hour after I drop my bag. I write this to make sure no one with budget friendly going to bali should experienced the same. And the hotel management please do some renovation or working well to make this place as good as should be a hotel.

The bathroom was clogged, the water was low, and they asked for more money.

Difficulty go to the room with stairs

Check in at 8 pm, the staff was not friendly, then entered the room and the curtain was broken, wanted to move to a room but it was full even though there were no guests, then no towels were provided, the staff informed that the towels had run out, so I took a shower using a blanket and the mattress still had stains. This hotel is very bad. Very sorry

Good, but the bedsheets had dirty spots, coincidentally when I entered the room there were no towels and then I told the reception that they had just finished laundry, and the towels were torn too. The elevator was also broken, so I took the stairs to the 3rd floor😮‍💨. But, not bad for that price

When checking in, we were not given a room key (card) because the staff said the key had run out, so every time we wanted to enter the room we had to report to the receptionist to open the room using the master key. The elevator was broken so we went to the room via the stairs. Very uncomfortable.

Next to the hotel there is Mixue, Laundry, Padang restaurant, Alfamart and other food vendors. can walk to the shopping center in Legian. Suggestion, the humidity in the room should be addressed so that the room does not smell damp. Others are OK

The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is also spacious. There are food vendors around the hotel, close to laundry, Alfamart, and Padang rice. Walking to Legian street food is also possible, but unfortunately, it smells damp. Maybe because it is not used enough termite exterminator.

Late check in because the room had not been cleaned, the staff was inconsistent.

The elevator was broken, given a room on the 2nd floor (up the corner stairs), the room smelled musty, the sheets were stained, the windows were dusty, the bathroom also smelled musty. Asked to move to another room but it turned out to be the same even though it didn't smell too musty. The TV also didn't work. Only 1 towel was given, there was no telephone in the room so if you wanted anything you had to go downstairs. Because there was no elevator it was very inconvenient. The intention was to rest for a night because I was going on a long trip, but it turned out to be a dud. Just stay here once.

The elevator is dead, the hallway is full of rubbish, it's like a boarding house.

Overall good, it's a shame the lift is dead and not working. Because I got a room on the 3rd floor, it took a lot of effort to go up and down via the emergency and spooky stairs 😑

when I checked in, the water turned off and I wanted BA, so I couldn't because I had to wait for the water to run, the air-conditioner had to wait until 8-9pm.. so I had to go out because it was hot and humid in the room, even though I was tired and wanted to rest.. it smelled a bit it's old, the paint on the wall is already peeling, well, the price is right, it's cheap, but there are also hotels around that location that are cheap and don't smell old, maybe it needs a little renovation, for the toilet is slippery, please give it a foot mat / a special towel to wipe the feet so that they don't slip out of the toilet.

The bathroom smells bad, the room is dirty and the walls are not well maintained, and I'm still sleeping at 7 in the morning, there's a storm, someone knocks on the wall very hard, he says it's still going to be repaired but it's not like that, it's still early in the morning.

Pada saat cek in saya diminta nambah, kalau tidak mau nambah biaya saya diminta pindah hotel.

Pada saat check in ditarik uang 250 ribu awalnya setelah dinego dikasi 100 ribu tapi kamar dengan tv mati. Setelah masuk kamar 2 2 nya AC nya mati dikasih solusi ada kamar AC nyala air mati, sedangkan air di 2 kamar sebelumnya juga mati. Kamar lembab seperti jarang dibersihkan atau dibersihkan asal-asalan bener kecewa hati-hati di tarik uang tambahan ya nginap di sini.
