Receptionist tidak informatif sejak dari permintaan mobil penjemputan bandara. Kamar baru bau cat, tanpa ada sabun dan peralatan mandi. Ketika di complain minta sabun katanya masih pre order, belum datang.(Aje gile. Gue udah bayar lunas lewat aplikasi). Akhirnya kami mencari sabun ke minimarket. Solusi diberikan hanya suruh cancel dan hotel refund setelah agen online okay. Mana bisa sih begitu caranya. Kami sudah lelah berharap sampai hotel kamar seperti di gambar yang disajikan di aplikasi, mandi, tidur. Ini mah ampun. Emang gampang cari hotel saat itu juga? Belum lagi kami pesan 1 extra bed + 1 breakfast. Tetap ngeyel kami hanya dapat 2 breakfast. Aduh ini sapa yang harus disalahkan? Agen online harus bener-bener cek loh. Ini kamar pisah jauh dari receptionist nya. Sepertinya ini apartemen. Kiri kanan masih plastikan pintunya.
