There is an unpleasant smell (septitenk?) when you first enter the room. Room not cleaned every day, no stove or kitchen to heat food, no TV in the room.

The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are supportive, the building is well maintained, the price is also appropriate. Overall satisfied.

It's nice to be able to stay here, next time will stay here again if there is another chance.

Not satisfied, asked when they would check out even though it was still early, and asked for a per-room tip. Everywhere in my experience, it's impolite to ask when check out is kec. It's almost 14:00. Plus the tip depends on the tenant / customer whether to give it or not to return it to the service.

Disappointing badly, I don't want to come back, order breakfast using breakfast, there's just no TV, breakfast.

There is no drinking water, only 1 dental kit, after checking out I was asked for "tips" the reason for cleaning, wherever, even if it was a hotel, guest house or boarding house, the receptionist never asked for tips for cleaning.

Staycation here while working on office work. As expected, staying here is really good. The location is also quite strategic, looking for food is also easy from here.

The guards are very friendly, parking is spacious, safe and quiet. Also the other residents are very friendly.
