Aa the staff is friendly, good looking too. The AC is really cold, the toilet is quite clean, unfortunately the TV doesn't work and the mattress is not foam. So the sleep is not very restful.

The service is far from good, the staff are rude and unfriendly, the TV is dead, when checking in we were charged an additional fee of almost 50% even though there was no notification, the AC is not cold, there is no remote, there are lots of mosquitoes, the room is dirty, there is no soap and toothbrush, the notification of the check out deadline is very rude.

Tempat tidur jelek, sabun tidak ada, pintu rusak dan AC kurang dingin dan di tempat masih di mintain duit ketika check in infonya di apps belum sesuai harga,

Staffnya ramah, hanya untuk kamar kotor sekali terutama di 103, pd saat masuk bau rokok dan kasur banyak kotoran tikus dan di meja tv kotoran tikus yang masih basah dan bau, tas saya sampai kena. Jadi kurang recommended deh, karena niatnya mau istirahat akhirnya harus pulang langsung.

Check in diminta tambah biaya 35rb katanya-katanyasebenarnya harganya 130k per malam mas-maskarena di aplikasi 95 rb jadi nambah 35k ya. Wth.

The AC wasn't cold at all, the plug would come out, it was scary and limited.

From the first came the service was not friendly, the room was unfit for habitation, starting with only one light on, there was no AC remote, you had to go up to the table, asking for towels couldn't be because it was wet even though the room was for 2 people.

TV ngga nyala, AC rusak, nginap berdua dikasih handuk cuma 1, sudah minta ke pegawainya, bilangnya anduknya ngga ada lagi.

Very very bad. Service is lacking. Very minus facilities. I don't know because I use a promo or it's like this. The air conditioner isn't cold, the TV doesn't work either because it doesn't connect to the antenna. Bad experience deh.

The room is not comfortable, it's really hot, cramped, the air conditioner doesn't work properly, it often turns off, the stairs are really narrow, the alley is nudged, there's an elevator that doesn't work either, the bathroom is really dirty, the TV can't turn on either, it's just really dirty, there are cockroaches all 🤮 won't be here again 👎.

Very cheap and dirty hotel, worst access to the room, bad room and air conditioner only run for 5 minute. Not recommended for profesional traveller or business.

We cannot specify the check-in time. So disappointed. If you want to go earlier, you have to add charger money. And for a hotel class, how come you can't get the toiletries? Toothpaste brush soap is one of the main accessories. Decent room.
