One time I wanted to ask for help ordering a taxi, she skipped me twice because she was serving someone else even though I was in a hurry. But overall this hotel is good and family friendly.

Arrived at the Universal City by train, go straight about 30 meters, find the GAP store at the right-hand side. Beside the GAP store there is an aisle led to the hotel entrance. Mc.D, Kumakura, convenient stores, and a few food stores are in the hotel surrounding. Also, a USJ souvenir store is in there.

The location of this hotel is in Universal City where you can walk a short distance to Universal Studio Japan. In Universal City there are many places to eat and souvenirs (same as in USJ), so you can shop for souvenirs first. There is no bellboy so you have to bring your own suitcase to the room. There is a luggage room if you want to leave your belongings first. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean, very suitable if you come home late from USJ. Breakfast is varied and delicious, I recommend staying here by taking the breakfast package.

The hotel is the best location and full option and the have break menu each of the day too.

It was good. The location is very close to USJ. Unfortunately, we didn't get the best view room though. We recommend this if you want to get an early start at USJ.

The hotel is very clean, neat, tidy and close to Universal Studio. If you want to know the quality of a hotel, look at the bathroom/toilet. This hotel ' s bathroom/toilet is excellent and to me, perhaps it is the cleanest I have ever had. Breakfast is delicious, a mix of local Japanese food and western. Overall my family is very happy to stay in Oriental Hotel Universal City Osaka and would recommend this hotel to anybody who plans to visit USJ.

The hotel room is very spacious. get 1 double bed and 1 smaller mattress. The bathroom and bathtub are also large, toiletries are complete, plus there is a funny shower sponge. The location is very close to the universal city station and universal studio, very satisfied at this hotel, it's just that the hotel is an old model, the key is not a card and must be left every time I leave.

The check-in process is fast, the hotel is right in front of the universal city station and in 1 universal walk complex to USJ just walks. Unfortunately breakfast is a lot of non-halal food, but near the hotel there are lots of restaurants and Lawson there is also a pharmacy. The room is Japanese standard, small but hard pillows.

The location is very close to the universal studio, you can drop the bag before checking in, the staff is very pleasant, there is a ticket counter available.

It's nice to stay here, the strategic location for universal studios, easy access to the train station, and looking for food is very easy.

Very strategically close to Universal Osaka Studios, looking for easy meals is a great choice for bringing holiday children.

Really in front of USJ, if you want to play at USJ it's highly recommended. Large hotel space at a budget price. The rooms and the halls are really funny, because there is a theme for each floor. But to go around Osaka and live here is rather difficult because it can change trains to 2 or 3 times because the JR universal city line is somewhat different.
