- I booked the room at a time when prices weren't cheap, and unfortunately, I got a room without a window. The room was quite stuffy because there was no window, and there were ants inside. However, when I asked the reception to upgrade the room, they quoted an exorbitant price, 3-4 times higher than the price on the app (I checked and verified this). And sadly, even though I booked in advance, the room price was significantly higher than the current price, and I was in a terrible room. This shows the reception staff were inflexible in resolving the issue. Both the male and female receptionists looked unhappy! - I will not return.

Hotel near the beach, city center, I booked a cheap price but the 4-star hotel is very big, the room is nice and clean. Price and quality are very reasonable

The room I booked was quite cheap and the hotel location was near the beach, so at first I was a bit confused about the facilities and service quality of the hotel. However, when I arrived in person, I was really shocked. Our room was clean and everything was arranged very reasonably, making the space feel very spacious. Another plus point was that when we returned, my wife forgot her iPad charger at the hotel and when she discovered it, I was at the airport checking in. I thought it was lost, but no, the hotel staff even delivered it to the airport for me so I could catch my flight on time <3. Oh my god, so cute. In short, this is a hotel worth trying when you visit Da Nang!

Convenient location, easy to find and convenient to move to other locations such as the beach - city center, Hoi An, very airy and comfortable view, beautiful design. Cheap price but full amenities, enthusiastic support staff, will come back if there is a chance!!

The Hai Trieu Hotel in Danang was our first stop during our fantastic trip to Vietnam. We were looked after impeccably by all of the hotel staff. The staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful at all times of day and night. All aspects of the hotel were clean, modern and well run. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and kept to a high standard during our stay

Ok: Giá ổn, buffet sáng dễ ăn, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương thân thiện, khách sạn có sẵn xe máy cho thuê. Nok: mình ở 3 ngày nhưng không hề dọn phòng và cấp nước mới. Mình có hỏi lễ tân thời gian dọn phòng của khách sạn, khung giờ đó mình sắp lịch ra ngoài để tiện dọn phòng nhưng về phòng í ẹ nguyên xi. :(

Điểm cộng: Phòng tắm siêu rộng, nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, khách sạn ở vị trí tương đối thuận lợi, có thể đi bộ ra biển (3-5p) và có minimart ở bên cạnh. Điểm trừ: cách âm không tốt, phòng tương đối cũ, thoát nước trong phòng tắm tệ, khăn tắm có mùi và có vết ố, cô dọn phòng gần như gõ và mở cửa xông thẳng vào phòng mình. Ngày đầu tiên check in thì khách sạn có vấn đề về lưu trữ thông tin với travloka hay sao (dù mình đã gọi xác nhận trước đặt phòng) làm thủ tục check in của mình rất lâu, mà còn đưa nhầm mình phòng chưa dọn dẹp. - Nhìn chung mình đặt trước 1 thời gian nên được giá khá tốt, mình cũng tự mang đủ đồ dùng cá nhân và ở ngắn ngày nên những điểm trừ không ảnh hưởng nhiều tới sinh hoạt nên vẫn đánh giá tạm hài lòng.
