Comfortable rooms, close to Chinatown and Pattaya beach, close to Terminal 21, delicious and affordable food. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Ibis Pattaya Hotel.

The blanket is very old and smells musty like the laundry was not cleaned properly. The towels are also old. The only good thing is the location is convenient, near the terminal, or you can walk to the sea, it is not too far. There are many places to eat.

Central location, near the beach and Terminal 21. The hotel is cheerful and enthusiastic, the service is adequate, easy to catch a Bolt/Grab. The hotel was built a long time ago so the design is quite boring but it is enough, the bed is a bit soft.

Good price, good location. Have swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioner is strong, room is very clean. It is at the same complex with other high end hotel like Holiday Inn and Amari. Good surrounding and feel secure. The thing that I don't like is the bed is too soft, it is just not suitable with my back.

The room is small and compact, so it's not scary. The floor is clean. The location is good. The only problem is that the air conditioner is hot. The bed sheet and towels are quite old.

The pillow + blanket smelled of sweat. Looks like it probably comes from being used for a long time. Yellow lights make a room dull and uncomfortable.

3 star hotel for those who want to go to Pattaya but are lazy near Walking St. Adequate facilities: swimming pool, refrigerator, bathroom with warm water. The rooms are spacious enough for congregational prayers. Quite close to the beach and Terminal 21 Mall if you want to shop.

Terrible, the staff sucks, says they will refund the money, will not return. Just 1 night and won't return, I booked 2 nights. Didn't sleep for a night, the room was small, the price was expensive. no balcony Tell me, it's a waste of money.
