Very amazing facility. I got value for my money

Perfect stay in the city centre close to all amenities, very clean and spacious room.

Very poor staff attitude to customers - totally disinterested.

Shower drain blocked resulting in water flowing into the accommodation. Raised at desk but no offer to make good after being unable to use that facility. Previous free parking removed, charged on checkout with no reason to the change or notice before I had used the facility.

Good location to city centre, clean and had a pool.

Lovely apartment, great location and spotlessly clean. Breakfast really let this place down. Breakfast service was poor. Allergy and meat protocol was not followed. Members of our party being served incorrect food. Very dangerous and staff didn’t seem to be bothered. If you stay skip breakfast.

Had Fantastic pool and sauna as well as a Jacuzzi. Restaurant had delicious breakfast and staff was courteous. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Workout room had a lot of equipment and space.

Amazing stay & great location for breakfast I had an eggs Benedict (royal) & it was one of the best I have ever had 5 stars for this stay

There was absolutely no cleaning of the room for the entire week we were there. No air conditioning in the rooms as also mentioned by the other guests we met, only ac in the lobby. Maintenance guy Mark was very helpful trying everything to try and get some ac but could only end up with very tiny fans. Front desk staff need training as one woman there argued nonstop when I asked about cleaning, air conditioning and no working phones in any of the rooms and said I needed to pay for clean towels… After staying at your hotel for many years, I’m done !

Excellent breakfast pancakes where hot and berry compote rounded them all in all a great experince

Apartment was spacious and well equipped and the pool was an incredible added extra, the kids loved it!
