Some issues with the room including problems getting hot water and an over complicated tv which needed someone to come and reset it. Lighting was also much too complicated and either too bright or gloomy. Having to go over the road for breakfast was not ideal. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was small but clean. The shower leaks an incredible amount. For a new hotel, what were they thinking?! You will fully flood the bathroom if you don’t pay attention. Speaking of leaks, my issue with this hotel is the data leak they had during my stay. I received messages in multiple languages to my phone demanding credit card details. This hotel exposed my name, passport country, dates of travel, phone number, and I don’t know what else to hackers.

It was hard to find where the reception was but after we got to that, we were in and the room was amazing. So very unique.

The Positives The rooms were unique, the location was great, the bed was comfy (could be too hard for some), they also supported a late checkout free of charge. The Nice to Know The hotel is spread over multiple locations. There are no lifts to the rooms so the butler takes your bags up but you'll be getting them back down. The Disappointment The room (townhouse apartment) was ridiculously dark making it challenging to get ready. The shower was incredibly small and had no door - it was also located next to entrance to bathroom so once the floor was wet you had to walk through it to use the bathroom. There was a severe lack of mirrors. The only full length was on back of the thin wardrobe. When we asked for one the hotel doesn't have enough for each room so clearly a common issue. The cleaning of the room also missed the spot. Tea wasnt replenished and dirty cups and glasses were left. Overall a cool hotel but not worth the premium price.

Just want to say WOW!!! Chateau Denmark is not a hotel room - it's an experience! Expecting a small european hotel room in the heart of SOHO and receiving a large elevated gothic rock beautiful upscale elegant and sexy suite in the heart of everything featuring of course - an exceptional sound system and top drawer bar!

This hotel is exceptional! So quirky and characterful. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Lots of attention to detail, everything has been so well thought out. The entertainment systems, the toiletries provided, the robes, the hair dryer, even the toilet paper, were excellent quality, as was the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and the location - a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road station, Oxford Street, the Dominion Theatre - was perfect for us. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Reception not easy to find as several buildings are branded with the hotel’s name. They explained it’s spread over 16 buildings. Staff were all lovely. Great location for theatre land and bars. One down side was the bar - the music was at ear-bleeding volume so we didn’t stay. This meant we lost out on the 20% discount on food and drink we had with our booking.

Overall, we loved the vibe of this place. And it is beautifully situated in the West End, very close to the theaters. There is no lift to the room, so getting our luggage down at check out was a little tricky. The doors are low, so if you’re over 5’8”, I’d advise caution. The staff were very helpful. And the room is updated and welcoming.

Property was very spacious with original design features representative of the area's music history. Great location super central with lots to do. We struggled getting the Aircon to work. Light and Aircon are managed via electronic panels on the walls. These were not greatly user friendly.

These guys are really good - the service and front desk team are what makes this a great hotel. Fantastic service. Reminded to any issue w the customer at the fore front of approach. One thing if you are a light sleeper try and avoid the rooms that face the street as there is a lot of action out there w a cloud in front. The upper rooms out of the main building are the coolest so try those they are amazing.

Good little find. The hotel itself doesn’t have the most facilities, as in the bar is down the street and there is no gym as of yet (future plans I believe to have one), but it was qwerky and nice. The app is a good addition but the lights can be a bit slow to change.

This is the best place we have ever stayed at hands down!!! The price of the room is extremely reasonable for the area and it being London. We stayed in the York apartment and it raised our expectations on what a hotel room should be.

We were greeted by a wonderful team who could not be more helpful, check in was smooth and the room was amazing the only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The welcome and service in the hotels cocktail bar was equally impressive, 2 free cocktails on arrival which really hit the spot. Amazing place that I would recommend to anyone
