Although new, the room was already showing signs of wear…peeling paint, wire hanging from ceiling, gouging on the walls. Close attention to routine maintenance will be key going forward. The room was very small and awkwardly laid out. No lock on the balcony door was a bit unnerving as someone could easily gain access from the adjoining balcony. Lastly, the neighborhood is awful.

Well we didn’t get to stay because the confirmation email had no room number or code to get in the door, due to there being no front desk and customer service 24/7 line isn’t 24/7 nobody ever answered to help us! Will never book again! Ans now I’m fighting for a refund from a place i didn’t get to stay at

APPARMENT Was Very Good, Comfortable And Peaceful. But the Area Was So Dangerous. Many Types of criminal people was around. We feel very insecure when we walk outside.

Upon check in, room was dirty and in total disarray. Contacted customer service, representative was pleasant, stated room would be cleaned for next day. Had to find different accomodation for the night. Returned next day, room was cleaned and stay was ok.

I got to my room on may 7 around 10 pm and I saw that I was given the wrong room. I called the 24 hr concierge number to inform about the if and that the ac was not working. They told me to email them what my hotel.com recipient that started the correct room and I did but nobody replied after sent so I called again and they said they contacted someone about the issue and I didn’t here from anyone the rest of the evening. I called back in the am and nothing changed again. I called again about the wrong room and the ac and still nothing was done. I called hotel.com to see if they can do anything but they just called them again and nothing was done done. I stayed in the wrong room with no ac for 2 days aka the whole trip. I didn’t get what w paid for.

The room was nice and big enough. It was just kinda loud at night from others stay. It was unfortunate we couldn’t check in sooner than 4. The lobby was really cold but at least we didn’t have to wait outside in the rain.

Early check in was not an option which was unfortunate because the baseball game we were planning on going to that day got postponed. When we arrived we wanted to at least park so we could Uber somewhere while we waited for 4pm check in. The parking was valet and no in and out. (The positive thing was that it was cheaper than advertised, around 50$ for two nights. That was reasonable) Instead we went to the Bronx brewery and drank a few beers while we waited. When we got to the hotel the code to access the hotel worked but the one provided for the room did not. The customer service never answered the phone but would call you back 20 minutes later to help. The actual room was in disrepair and had repair work needed to be done. I.e. the blinds that would open to show the city view fell off the roll and was forced up by a hand towel. Didn't feel safe to walk at night to any near by restaurants. Door dash couldn't find the hotel to deliver until the second attempt. For the price I paid I was let down.

First off all make sure you pay the extra for cancelation ability!! Had a family emergency and they wouldnt give us a straight answer for days about a refund. So, instead of losing hundreds of dollars we had to stay there. Mind you it was a 6 hour drive there and when we got there our code to get in didnt work. We called them to see what was going on and they said we canceled our reservation. No, we asked if we did could we get a refund and they said that management would have to make that decision. Well, thank god after being on the phone with a great gentleman from south africa, we were able to get in. Room was ok. Needs to be painted and updated a bit. Blinds were broke, unsafe tiles on outside balcony, tp holder and towel rack was broke on wall, dirty on bottom of bed ect. Could pass as a decent motel. Parking was a nightmare. Really tight underneath the building. Man working there was nice enough to help. But be aware you have to walk a bit to get to outside entrance if using garage. If you are planning to visit Manhattan uber will be 45 to 80 bucks from hotel. Drivers i used are really nice though. Close to yankee stadium but there are cheaper places to get. Overall a c-. Would not stay there again as it seems profit over customer service when it comes to billing dept.
