We started our honeymoon here and are so thankful! The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The food and espresso was great. The massages were also very relaxing. Would highly recommend and come back!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Much of the spa was closed, our shower was missing a door, and the hair dryer overheated and shut off after about two minutes of use. When I mentioned this to the front desk, the employee acted as though this was normal for all of the hotel’s hair dryers. The hotel also advertises a free airport shuttle, but we were told it was full, and we never saw the shuttle during our stay. We were then told the hotel had an agreement with a taxi company for a set airport rate. However, because we were not waiting at the exact moment the taxi arrived, the agreed rate was voided, and we ended up paying nearly double. The pizza was very good, but strangely, it could only be eaten in our room because the restaurant refuses to serve pizza in the dining area, even when guests order other food as well. Overall, the combination of maintenance problems, limited amenities, and poor transportation arrangements made this a frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel Free shuttle to Naples city centre

The hotel is beautiful. The room is large very clean modern it’s a beautiful Property breakfast was amazing Staff was helpful. The only issue is I’m not really sure. The reason I gave four instead of five stars. It’s in a really rough neighborhood and the first night they had a loud karaoke party that was definitely loud fireworks and they didn’t stop till 1230 at night. Thank God we didn’t have an early flight. We had one days later, but I can’t imagine the poor people having to fly out the next morning. I would say if you’re just looking for one night stay in a nice Property it makes sense otherwise I would avoid this area. Not a good area.

Tl;dr: Outstanding hotel in a not so good area! Summary: -Staff (all of them) were absolutely wonderful! Special shout out to shuttle driver Mauro who went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Mauro! -The shuttle is very useful and there are extended times compared to what’s listed online. -WiFi is excellent for a hotel. 100Mbps down and up without a single drop during our multi-day stay. There’s one USB-A port by the bed and 2 in the TV that can be used for charging. They’re all slow charging ports so pack a power bank or bring a wall plug with you. -Rooms are very large and nice. There’s a ton of storage. There’s a safe and a mini bar fridge, though the fridge isn’t very cold. -Air conditioning is outstanding, especially given we went in the middle of a heat wave. -Shower pressure is very good, shower itself is reasonably sized. -Toiletries are awesome. They smell amazing and they come in small bottles rather than a shared pump. I brought my own stuff but ended up just using theirs. -Breakfast is a good start. There’s an assortment of pastries and a few staples like bread/fruit/cereal. The coffee is very good - you’ll have to ask someone for it so they can make it fresh and bring it to you. -The neighborhood isn’t great. I only walked during the day and never felt unsafe, but there’s trash, broken bottles and general dilapidation. It’s useless to walk - there’s nothing to see and it’ll take you 25 min to get anywhere useful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the staff was very friendly.

The room itself and the facilities before the room were all kept immaculately clean. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. It is in the commercial/business district, which is great if you want to be closer to Naples airport, but they do offer a shuttle several times a day to get into Naples city center and there is an onsite restaurant and coffee bar. Be sure to check out the spa services as there are a lot of great options available.

Property was convenient. Neighborhood was a little sketchy would return if I needed the location to be the reason I stayed. It was unclear about the usage of the bar upstairs and the hotel management was quite helpful and the room was quite clean.

Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music. We did the spa a day before leaving and it was so gorgeous and relaxing. Reading a book in the garden was awesome! Great place to stay and 7 minute scooter ride from the train station

Room is clean and comfortable

The hotel itself looks very new but the room we stayed had some furniture damaged. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. But Naples is a very very dirty city compared to other towns in Italy, meters away from the hotel you see tons of garbage…

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the morning breakfast and it was delicious!

The park was disappointing. The flower beds had lots of weeds and the water was green.

Amazing place to stay for the price and amazing staff

We had a great stay! We Loved the spa and wellness center. We had amazing hot stone massages and spent time int he wellness center in the saunas.

Clean hotel is a bad neighborhood. The restaurant did not serve dinner until 8pm and with a 4am pickup this was frustrating. Pizza from room service was nothing special. With the neighborhood offering nothing food service should have wider hours.
