Great hotel and location!

Hotel was excellent location was great for the old town and the beach plenty of great restaurants very close by.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is one of the most central hotels in the area. Very clean and safe. We loved our room and loved that we could see the castle from our bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

In a great part of the city. Well appointed hotel and room. Parking is not ideal.

Lovely and smiley reception welcome, nice and clean. Bedroom amazing (room 406 - a suite with a view of the castle and massive balcony!). Lovely birthday brownies in room for me on arrival. Great drinks in the bar area. The girls were so lovely and happy and smiley and quick to serve us and that made us extra happy. Great music to listen to there too. Lovely in the outside bar area overlooking the square in full sunshine. Throws provided for when it gets chilly at night if needed. Not noisy at all- bedroom was lovely and quiet all night. Perfect location. I’m not disabled but it’s wheelchair friendly for you if needed, as are the hotel lobby and bar toilets. Mini fridge stocked up well if you need a drink. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so can’t comment on any food.

Lovely hotel and rooms in a great location between the seafront and the old town. However… the car park is too far from the hotel and it is really awkward to navigate arrival and departure car park processes, and bordering on ridiculous. And I also have to note the mildly irrritating insouciant attitude of the reception staff when I pointed out the clunky and difficult parking process. Put simply, I would not return unless this hotel invests in a concierge service.

listing on hotel.com says parking available but hotel does not inform guests ahead of time that the street they are located on is currently shut down to auto traffic so it is impossible to get to it and they neglected to inform me of where i could park until i called them after discovering it was not possible to get to them or check in with the car - so check in was a nightmare, we wasted 45m traversing Alicante to get back to where the parking garage near the hotel was and the staff was not really helpful on the phone

Had a wonderful stay! Room was very spacious with lots of natural light, very clean and well-presented. Also enjoyed a drink at their rooftop bar and found it very relaxing. Excellent location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. It is a historic building that has been remodelled to a new modern standard but still kept the old charm. Very close proximity to the beach and marina. Wonderful rooftop bar! The only room for improvement (a small one) is the coffee in the room - having instant coffee for this quality of hotel is a mis-match, I would recommend upgrading the coffee in the room.

Nice hotel, close to everything

We flew from Palma to Alicante for our two day trip. We have had similar breaks in the past as we really like Alicante and it’s a convenient stopover on our way home.
