En general el hotel tiene un ambiente agradable, sus trabajadores muy amables y atentos, lo único que falto es que para bañarme no hubo agua caliente.

Not a bad stay, but the area is absolutely chaotic and quite loud. Service was good. steet in front is so packed you can barely walk down it by day and later at night doesnt feel the safest.

The hotel is great. Good overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is veey good too.

The hotel is in a very commercial part of the city.

Nice people, however, the room was not very clean. The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable. I think this should be a 2 stars hotel.

Hotel is comfortable, clean and in the middle of the shopping district. There is no warm water in the shower if you decide to take a morning shower. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist beyond customer needs.

Try to avoid not the best option, really bad location

Great hotel for the price you pay. Hotel staff are very pleasing.

Needing to fly out the next morning at 5am (leaving the hotel at 3am) this was more than annoying. 3 guys out by the pool, radio blasting... the two guys didn't have a clue about customer service at the front. Basically its not 100% their fault, the management does not train them about hospitality at all. This hotel should be embarrassed to charge $100 USD for a night when its not worth more than $40. Even that is a high standard.

Fatal me cobraron los impuestos que ya había pagado por esta vía. No hubo agua caliente en la habitación. En la ducha había mucho moho. El personal nada amable. No lo recomiendo por nada Fatal tanto en instalaciones como en servicio

Todo muy bien.

Ubicada en todo el medio del zafarrancho del centro de Cucuta, ideal para ir de compras. Muy buena atención en la recepción. La habitación, bastante básica. Aire acondicionado con control de energía cuando no hay nadie en la habitación. Una piscina bastante refrescante. Fui Divino al final del día. Cierra tarde. No hubo restaurant para la cena. El destino, también bastante básico.
