The staff is friendly and very helpful.. but disappointed when entering the unit the condition of the bed is not good.. the bottom is damaged like the picture above.. very different from the picture in the advertisement.. I have asked the roomboy but he said it is safe and okay.. but for me the condition is not comfortable to sleep because the position of the mattress is lowered at the head.. I asked if I could exchange the unit but no reply.. because I still have 4 days to stay 😥 I want to cancel the remaining 4 days if possible
