Only issue we had was that the Room was 26 deg C at night and couldn’t sleep good for 2 nights. They won’t turn on the AC because of the municipal restrictions until May 1st.

First of all do not put the address in Apple Maps nor google maps. It will lead you to an industrial parking lot across from the hotel. Second, we were told upon arrival that the pool was open however after we dressed in our swimsuits (following our attempt (and failure) to hike across a highway and $30 Uber) we were informed the pool was entirely shut. MOST NOTABLY, there was black mold in the shower. I would not say this is a four star hotel. The only semi redeeming quality was the hotel breakfast croissants.

My trailer was broken into in the hotel car park. Witnessed a lorry having a smashed window and attended to by police on my last visit in June 24. It was my turn this time

The place was very small the ac wasn’t very strong we were very hot but I was told it was because that’s the Lowest they also gave us 2 separate rooms in 2 separated floors when I had already requests the rooms in advance

The hotel is great overall, staff is very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning needs more attention, our 2 rooms were not cleaned properly after the previous guests. Breakfast is Ok and you need to be there early (before 9). I would recommend.

Nous étions là pour deux jours, première journée pas de télévision, pas d'internet pas d'air climatisé. Deuxième jour juste la télé toujours pas d'air climatisé dans cet hôtel il y a juste le hall d'accueil qui est bien le petit déjeuner est bien. Je déconseille cet hôtel fortement.

Simple and nice

Our Italy trip was great overall, but on the last day, I made the mistake of booking at this hotel. The electricity in my room kept shutting down. I complained several times, but they couldn’t fix it. I requested to switch rooms, and they did, but the new room had a leaking issue in the bathroom. There were signs of past water leaks and a strong odor coming from there.

Nice hotel

Breakfast included was really good, very nice and spacious room.

Hotel was a basic experience, the breakfast was great. Unfortunately the area of “Assago” was very uncomfortable. Many muggers ready to assault from station to station. Very sketchy area for tourist folks. Other than that the hotel was professional and staff was very kind. The location however is a shame for a very nice hotel.
