Excellent staff

This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

It was a true paradise. I cried when we checked out! Please give the cats lots of love when you visit! Spectacular!!!

It's a new hotel. I can't fault the staff from reception all the way through to the cleaners. So polite and they couldn't do enough for you. The problems I noticed but it wasn't so tough. They have two bars . One is what we called the pool bar and the second was at the end of the reception area. Which while we were there never opened. Most hotels supplied entertainment not here ? At breakfast queuing to get a hot drink was a problem. Over 500 rooms only two hot drinks machines ? Come on everyone likes a hot drink in the morning. . Overall it's a new hotel with new staff and very good staff too. Would like to see what it's like in two years from now when the foundation cracks start appearing.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, luxurious room, with a truly relaxing atmosphere. Perfectly situated steps from the beach, main street filled with shops and restaurants, and wonderful boardwalk for evening strolls. My go to hotel when staying in Protaras.

This hotel was truly a paradise to stay in, and it deserves to be a 5* !! We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the main road where all the shops, bar restaurants are, is just a few minutes' walk. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the most gorgeous view of the beach. The pool at the hotel was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting sunbeds every day. The staff at this hotel; from reception, cleaning, breakfast, pool service, and restaurant, were all very super friendly and very accommodating. A special shout out to Tiago (pool staff), Michael (restaurant manager), Varna & Chris (breakfast staff) for going above and beyond. This holiday was extremely special for us as we were away for my partners birthday and we also got married in Cyprus 😀 !! I asked the hotel (quite last minute) if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise, and we walked into an amazingly decorated room. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff who arranged this. It was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much ❤️! We will definitely be returning to Cyprus, and without a doubt, we will be staying at this lovely hotel again. Best regards, Mr & Mrs Schemer.

Exceptional hotel with fabulous staff. The whole place is faultless, spotlessly clean, well equipped with contemporary high end rooms. The pool is wonderful and there are plentiful comfy lounge chairs looking over a beautiful view of the Med. The hotel is well positioned in the middle of the Protaras strip and all the conveniences that has to offer. What makes this place special though is the staff from the housekeeping team right up to Lisa the hotel owner who couldn’t do enough for the guests. Special mention also for Sunita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the spa team who is an excellent masseuse. Mark, Karen and Elliot will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel is something very special to the senses. The design, location, views, the staff.. EVERYTHING. If you are staying in Protaras, don't doubt it and stay in the Flamingo Paradise.

What a beautiful, charming and exceptional hotel! Fantastic stay for a solo female traveller. Perfect location to access the strip, and situated steps from the amazing beach. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces and approachable. The room was spacious, very clean and modern and felt luxurious with the comfortable bed/linens and touch panel controls for the lights. The pool area was quiet without music, which made for a relaxing time. There was no rush to get sun beds. The food was delicious with generous portions and lots of variety to select from. Buffet breakfast available, and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Staying with half board gave me an opportunity to try many of their menu offerings and it was all so tasty. The neighbouring hotel was a little loud in the evening from wedding festivities, but I did not find it bothersome. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the numerous hotels in Protaras and I would definitely stay here again.
