At night it was hard to find the doorbell. It's to the right side, not near the door.

Hotel in a very good location, just a 15-minute walk from the main city center. The rooms have a decent amount of space, and the bathrooms are clean. Both staff members who assisted me were extremely friendly and polite. I would stay here again without any issues.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. I booked a private room and it was so clean, and so cozy. I highly recommend it! Additionally, the staff were so friendly and super accommodating to our requests. Diane and her team really do make you feel at home. Thank you so much! - Maria & Bianca

The staff are friendly and nice. The place however is sub-par compared to similar hostels. I did not enjoy the overall experience and wanted to leave after my first night (booked for 2 nights). They said they couldn't give me a refund for the second night - which is understandable but I am still waiting for a refund of local and council taxes collected for both nights.

Unfortunately, some of the guests don’t understand the courtesy required when staying at a Hostel. During my 5 nights, there were 2 different guests who were not kind regarding their volume on entering late nights

Bad smell in the hall and in the bathroom. Very small room. Poor customer service. Would not answer my calls.

At first, we were not impressed, but our stay in the Tulip Room turned out to be great - small & cozy, had a nice private shower &bath- located off the kitchen & common area, easy access to exterior back patio area, quite & great assistance from the staff, easy access to local transit, museums - turned out to be great!

Nice hostel fairly small, friendly staff, nice lounge and garden space. Not too lively but might be more at other times. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was bathroom cleanliness - there was a lot of mould and broken floor tiles.

Stayed in a 6 bed dorm. Privacy curtains are a nice feature. Very well equipped kitchen and common areas

The hospitality was over-the-top excellent, and more importantly it was genuine. If one is traveling alone and would like to meet people, then this is the place. The staff act as gracious and most accommodating hosts who closely interact and participate with you. A special thank you to Joey and Isabela. Location is excellent. The hostel is comfortable, cosy and clean.

Unreachable during emergencies. Tried calling from 5pm, from both a foreign and a local number, with no answer.

I don’t like this hostel at. It’s sooooo inconvenient. No elevators!!!! It’s in a deathly old building. The guy that was the office manager was rudeish. Then I got placed on a top bunk that was about 4 stories high from the ground. If I were to fall death would have been upon me. Not broken bones, but death. Not a place for adults over the age of 24. Everyone is young. I didn’t stay the night bc I had a hotel booked but thank God I didn’t bc I already didn’t like the place or the vibes. Also someone left a glass cup on the ladder. Never staying there again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Staff was the best made it feel like home & the care shown was excellent
