Not that impressed tbh Whilst the hotel was clean and staff were lovely The hotel is very dated and not at all a deluxe room

The property is well situated, but that is the only reason to stay here and even then…. Maria at the front desk tries to help as best as she can and is always smiling which is very appreciative…. But she can’t save this place. The rooms are out dated and beds and pillows are not at all comfortable… the air conditioning is not strong and in some rooms don’t work. The bathrooms are awful, small outdated and smell like sewers… not sure they ever clean the floor drains… some bleach might help the smell. The food is not great, the staff in the kitchen/buffet are miserable and borderline rude, the drinks are watered down and no “blender drinks” available. The pool area is nice, but you can’t get a sun chair! There are no beach chairs available, unless you pay the bar next door to use theirs. The beach is great, beautiful clear, calm and shallow water… you can walk out very far. Stay here if you aren’t picky with comfort and food.

Struttura assolutamente consigliabile soprattutto alle famiglie. Resort con tutti i confort io personalmente l'ho scelto per la posizione, l'accesso dalla piscina alla spiaggia collegato da tre gradini non ha prezzo. Struttura non molto grande e per chi ha i bambini è una buona cosa perchè non dispersiva. Camere abbastanza moderne da apprezzare doppio lavandino e doppia opzione per lavarsi doccia walk-in e separata vasca con doccia (bagno veramente grande). Cibo classico internazionale non molto vario però alcune serate a tema, formula all inclusive rispettata a pieno. NOTA DOLENTE N.1 la grossa pecca del Resort è la pulizia sia nella cura delle camere sia nella sistemazione delle 3 sale da pranzo per chiuderla velocemente direi "troppo approssimativi" (nonostante il personale sia stato molto gentile in tutta la struttura). NOTA DOLENTE N.2 che devo ancora capire di chi sia la responsabilità, al check in mi chiedono 70 euro di tassa di soggiorno invece che i 35 stabiliti dal preventivo expedia. Alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti mi dicono che dal 2025 in Gracia sono cambiati i prezzi "Expedia queste cose non le sà".....

Super reichhaltiges Buffet, Hotel liegt direkt am schönsten Strand der Insel, die Zimmer sind auch gut.

Slitet och underbemannade. Ingen variation i maten. Oordning då gästerna kan göra lite som dem vill.
