This is the best place we could’ve stayed. Perfect location in the middle of town. Spacious, clean and all the little details you would think of. Milk and water in the fridge, little internal patio in the back, perfect location, beautiful house, everything works perfectly fine, even an elevator inside the house! Beds were comfortable, huge and modern bathrooms. Carmen waited for us to explain everything, and she and Javier were really nice and available for anything you would need. 100% recommended for one or many nights!

This has been the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Understated luxury and comfort. Little touches like a carton of milk and mineral water and delightful toiletries. Fabulous hosts and excellent location. Our train for Seville didn’t leave until 3.30 pm but they were happy to store our bags and even our lunch in a fridge for us. This is the kind of service you really appreciate when travelling.

Our best stay in Spain!! We've been travelling through Spain for three weeks - Valencia, Granada, Alicante, Malaga, Sevilla, Madrid, and Merida. This was our FAVORITE stay. The local culture was the most "authentic" of our stay and fit exactly what we were looking for. However, the highlight was this place. Comfortable, modern - yet still very Spanish. This apartment is in a building that was converted from the great grandfathers Farmacia from generations ago. The care of their decor, the comfort of their amenities is top notch. And the father and nephew that run the facility took care of us like we were family! Never have we met nicer, kinder, more caring people in hospitality, and never have we stayed in a more well appointed place in such a central amazing location. Don't wait, pull the trigger, and visit Merida and stay in this family's historic, amazing building!

This is the perfect place to stay. A gracious host, beautiful rooms obviously created with attention to detail and an ultimate goal of creating perfection. This was our second visit and we look forward very much to many more.

This apartment was remarkably comfortable and well located, and easy walk to Merida's Roman sites, perhaps the most impressive in Spain. The impeccably clean apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and finished with taste and style. The personable owners were on-site for arrival and departure, otherwise reachable by text for questions/guidance as necessary. Among the proliferating genre of holiday apartments, this one is a winner. I'd love to return. Note that the property is on a pedestrian street. Parking is a 6-7 min walk away. Master the route logistics, and it is a snap.

This apartment was perfect. Modern, clean,well furnished with comfortable furniture. It also had a proper kitchen for preparing meals.

Not easy to find by car, but a real hidden treasure. Everything inside was new and chosen with really good taste. Super comfortable, high end bed, sofa, shower, ... everything you need for a short stay. It's on the busiest street of Merida, but the window is magic: once you close it, you don't hear anything outside, and I am very, very picky with street noise. I was even lucky to find a free parking spot 10 minutes from it, but don't count on it. The hosts are very friendly as well. I hope to come back!
