Friendly staff, feels like 4 star hotel, there's sento, near kobe china town just next to it, there's city loop stop nearby, near kobe port and meriken park, near sannomiya center gai.

At the price that I got, the room was cozy for its size. The onsen/hotspring was the dealbreaker tho, there was no way I was going to miss the chance to take a nice bath there.
