This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and we travel multiple times a year. It was listed as a hotel and spa with AC, WiFi, a pool and a spa. The pool was empty the spa closed for good, the WIFI said as so bad I couldn’t even co tact hotels.com for help and the AC was subpar that I was still sweating. It is next to a prison which is no big deal. I had to book another hotel for my duration. The island was booked that night so we had to go to the holiday in. Resort or stay there. Hotels.com has still not offered me a refund. I have asked them to take this property off the site and make sure of thier VIP properties in there future. I have been thinking about leaving hotels.com for booking.fom for some time and this may be the straw that broke the camels back. Please note that I have been a platinum member for years and I don’t need to stay at high end places. This has nothing to do with that. Do not stay here, unless they are charging to 10 bucks a night and you know the expectations. Not what you want for your trip to paridise

I would like to thank each and every staff from this hotel. Specially Pramit who recommended so many places for activities and for the food. Our stay became so much easier because of him. And also I would like to thanks Riju who coordinate our transfer boat at the last minute. Definitely recommending this place to my friends who will visit mafushi in maldives.

We had paid for a deluxe room with balcony, and when we arrived they were all under repair. The manager of the property said that they attempted to text, but no such text was received. The room that we were placed in was on the 4th floor, right next to the spa. There was only a door separating our room from the spa, and we could hear spa treatments going on. We had no privacy there. The shower also didnt work, and we were told that it would be fixed, and it never was. Another thing is that our window didnt close, and the air conditioning didn't work. We ended up abandoning our reservation and going to a nicer hotel, where everything worked, and we had privacy!

It doesnt have ten pools, there is one small pool near reception. The living walls are a few weeds stick in a pipe on the wall. No coffee or milk in room, just tea bags. Air con is good and staff are nice, otherwise a bit one star

Dirty bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and etc. They dont have face towels. They dont give you a soap, toothbrush and paste unless you ask them. Dirty pool where mosquitoes throw a parties and eat you after that
