Though the hotel has stunning views and is a nice looking property, the service is not 5-star level. The staff are nice and polite, but most are clearly not trained in hospitality. This showed up on our first day, when our luggage was misplaced for over an hour. The rooms are also not what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations manager, Nina. She went out of her way to correct the hotel's egregious error and made sure to check in on us. She was very helpful and professional. We stayed at the Olivar earlier on our Corfu trip and that was a true 5-star experience. The contrast between two 5-star hotels a few Km apart was stark.

Absolutely breathtaking views, and fantastic food and service. Ioanna was so helpful and it was lovely to see her friendly face every afternoon when we came back. Pool service was great as well! Our room was beautiful.

We had a great 8 night stay and everything was excellent including our room, food and every member of staff was lovely. We would especially like to thank Costantina who looked after us in the late bar as she was lovely and unfortunately we didn’t manage to say goodbye as it was her day off. The pool area was very busy with children so it would have been better if children/families were given their own area of the pool and an adults only area created

The resort itself was amazing. Breathtaking views, amazing Infiniti pool with cabanas. The food was just average (do not recommend sushi at the Asian restaurant) and the service was ok. There were a few hiccups with the room- housekeeping left the door open on night after turn down service, the AC did not work well and the room was average. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and transportation accommodations.

Stunning resort with an incredibly infinity pool. My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel made it super special. We had such an amazing time and plan to come back in a future trip!

The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and decent size, however my only complaint was the breakfast was not as great and very limited on choice - I have stayed in many 5* Hotels and they have all had a much more bigger vartiey of breakfast buffets. Considering the price you are paying you would expect a decent meal for the stay.

Hotel was beautiful and an amazing view! Wish we had more time to just relax at the pool. Summer would have been better to utilize the pool with warmer weather

Overall, we had a good experience. Our one concern was being overcharged for some lotion by 5 to 6 times at the spa.

Gorgeous hotel. We had an amazing stay!

We stayed in the corner suite, which was beautiful. The room was well-appointed, the view was tremendous and the quality of the bed/bathroom was exceptionally high. The hotel fell down a little in terms of proximity to other attractions and amenities. You are a little secluded on the hillside, which may be a bonus to some, but if you do not have a car and do not want to fork out for a taxi, then walking up and down a steep hill becomes your only option. Food and facilities were excellent. Price is high for on-site restaurants but that was to be expected at a 5* resort. Breakfast is broad and of a good quality - always plenty of space to be seated. The staff did seem tired on occasion, which is quite understandable after a long season.

We loved Angsana and would stay again. We expected a little more from location and not so busy including the insta-fame people. The service was exceptional some of the time for example hiring a luxury car and organising a transfer was so simple, quick and easy. The spa was lovely and we were made to feel very special. The end of the season meant everyone was tired, fatigued and ready for a break- we felt this despite their tremendous efforts to smile and be friendly. The room service twice a day was a special touch.

A 5 star luxury hotel with amazing staff and a fabulous spa. Their private beach is great and there is a free private car to take you there and back. We would definitely come here again.
