Stayed for 4 nights close to the beach, lovely clean cosy rooms just came from a 5* in Lisbon & this hotel was sooo much better

Great location, close by Matosinhos beach and other restaurants nearby. Room was clean and had good size twin beds for 2 people. Highly recommend

Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was terrible. Not what I expected from the usual Portuguese high standards. Shame, other than that it was a nice hotel.

Recently stayed at four points by Sheraton Matosinhos. The building was in good condition; our room was small, but clean and well-appointed. Most of the staff were friendly, but the receptionist who assisted us with check-in was impatient and rude, and made us feel not welcomed. On the first evening, the shower flooded the bathroom and the bedroom within 2 minutes. The staff kindly delivered many towels, but we had to use them ourselves to gather the water and dry the floors. They were unable to immediately move us to a different room. We would expect a full refund for the first night of our stay, but the manager said most they can offer is 25% off for each night of our stay (2 nights total). Not sure if we will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for around 10 days. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms and facilities very clean. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location, being a 5 minute walk from the beach, right next to a supermarket and also very close to bus and metro stops. The best thing is that there is a line of around a 100 fish restaurants at a walking distance too.

This was a return trip to this hotel. It is very comfortable and convenient for stays in the redeveloped area of Matosinhos water front. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, our details being retained on the hotel's system from our last stay. There is a free car park for guests under the hotel, which is super convenient. There for three nights, we slept soundly.

Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean and spacious room

This is a really nice hotel close to the beach in Porto. The staff was super nice and efficient, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We decided to add the hotel breakfast buffet (which was very good), because virtually all of the nearby restaurants did not open until late.

Staff was very personable and kind. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay.

Nice convenient location walkable to the beach

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in this hotel. Amongst others I’d like to mention staff members, who do everything to keep you happy and safe. From the reception to cleaning, (They even offered us to pull our rented car from the hotel’s garage that had a steep way out :-).) Everyone was awesome and deserve a five star rating! We will definitely recommend this place to those visiting Porto.

Very clean and professionally kept. Friendly service and the staff are all professionals well mannered and knowledgeable. Food was great and the pricing are fairly reasonably good. Proprty should be 5 🌟 star's and not 4, Everything about the property online is true to their word as sold to customers. Will book again next year tha same rooms as before. Stayed one night and enjoyed being in walking distance to beach, aquarium, and dining

The breakfast provided could have been better. I think the room service menu could have better options as I found them to be limited as a foodie. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly.

A big open plaza right outside and a supermarket right next door. Along with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by.
