Clean and nice. No frills but easy.

An extremely useable and good hotel - really worked for our skiing holiday with good restaurants right next door and the good breakfasts set us up for the day.

Great hotel

Its inside a small shopping xcomplex with 2 resturants and a small kind of organic supermarket very friendly staff great breackfast room is spacious and simple greate view all over.

The personnel was very helpful

Not the prettiest building from the outside, but once inside all is great. Lovely big rooms with extremely comfortable beds, sizeable bathroom and great views. We looked out over the road and railway, across the stream and up to the hills. Totally soundproof room - no traffic or train noise to be heard. Lovely staff, always helpful and polite. The breakfast is excellent - especially the egg station. Highly recommend, and great pricing too!

Really great hotel! Perfect for our family with a dog and baby. The free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was constantly cleaning up and replenishing the food, it was very pleasant. The location was great for hiking in the summer. The restaurant next door was perfect, we ate there both nights because it was so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel with tasty breakfast.

Super nice receptionists, very fresh rooms (a bit tiny though), not far away from everything, scenery view through windows, sauna, underground parking (paid). Breakfast is good. Strange thing is that you need to fry egg yourself. There are do it on your own instructions, some pans and induction ovens. If you do not have a time for this, it may be a problem.

A fine hotel for you who wants to explore the nature whether it’s hiking or biking. The Flax restaurant close to the hotel makes really great food. The hotel is quite silent and serves great breakfast.

This is a great hotel, located less than 10 minutes from the ski-lifts. We rented lockers and the lifts to save lugging our gear back and forth. Hotel staff and friendly and helpful. Highlights - the spa and mountain views are lovely after a long day. Great buffet breakfast. The only dissappointment was the lack of shower gel/shampoo in the rooms.

Really nice hotel. Attractive exterior which complimented the surroundings. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good shower. All spotlessly clean. Decent breakfast as well. Also Kaltenbach is well positioned for trips to Jenbach and onto Innsbruck/Kufstein and up to Mayrhofen using the narrow gauge Zillertalbahn. Kaltenbach station is directly opposite the hotel. Also if SV Ried/Kaltenbach have a home game while you are staying - it is a worthwhile trip. Decent standard. Friendly fans and a great clubhouse. About 20-30 mins walk

Großartiger Spa-Bereich. Eigentlich machen sie vieles richtig. Leider wird dieser Eindruck durch 2 elementare Fails mehr als getrübt: - die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (Staub und Dreck, Spinnennetze, Schmutzrand, Spinne im Bad) - die Holzwand im Zimmer splittert. ÄUßERST GEFÄHRLICH FÜR KLEINE KINDER!!!

Schönes Hotel

DEt var en meget positiv oplevelse. Receptionen, hvor det hele jo starter, var meget venlig, med humor og god til at give de nødvendige info. Morgenmaden var fremragende, især muligheden for selv at lave kogt æg, spejlæg osv. ret genialt. MEN, der var kun sojamælk, og for pokker, det ligger jo lige i Bondeland. hvordan kan man så undlade at have rigtig komælk med på menuen. Ja, det var håret i suppen, og er ikke af betydning, når alt vurderes. Dejligt ophold, og må være fedt om vinteren.
