Very good place! Nice workers!

Great place

I really like this hotel. It was conveniently close to the main beach and boardwalk. The bar has good cocktails and the restaurant has good appetizers. I will definitely try to come back here if I go back to San Andrés.

The property was close to the marina and both the beach and airport were walking distance. The restaurant served incredible foods and drinks.

It was amazing! Great breakfast service, great staff and the location is hard to beat! Would definitely recommend

Our room had a leak from the air conditioning unit that was leaking into the hallway. We called the lobby, and they sent a technician to fix it. However, there was a strong humidity smell when the air conditioning was turned off. The rest was perfect: the breakfast was spectacular, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent.

The hotel was good. Check in process was a hassle and did not like they speak in creole within them. Also a times when we asked for our room thay did not answer in a kind manner.

From the time we got there, the people were exceptionally professional very friendly. They embraced us. They gave us directions. We feel very relaxed. The room was clean. The hotel was really really remarkably comfortable and we’ll be back.

The staff was excellent! The two gentleman who handled our luggage made a great first impression and were helpful throughout our stay. Bethany at check in was warm, very helpful and called me by name every time we saw each other. The rooms were clean. Great experience!

Nice and modern Hotel with an excellent location, especially to park the buggy in front of the property , most of the hotels in Downtown don't have space to park the buggy which is very convenient

Nice convienent Hotel to everything in the area. Best restaurant by far that we ate at. The problems, the entry door to the room dragged on the floor bad enough, we literally had to shoulder the door open. The shower door was missing and we had to take cold showers almost every day. Requested the hot water be fixed 3 times without it ever being fixed. Other than that, not the worse place ive stayed at.
