I will go again

Was here all week for a conference. Was clear some staff members could not manage the intensity of multiple guests arriving at once, so many check-in mistakes were made. However, room key issues I raised with the manager were quickly fully resolved after several failed attempts by front desk staff. Ideally located 5min walk from the miami conference centre and all teh fun of Collins Ave.

I lived my stay at the hotel. Cesar and Marcela were amazing and always welcoming and helpful

Air conditioner didn’t work… the room was basically in the lobby. I hear everyone’s comings and goings. Waited in line at least 45 minutes behind one person checking in because there was only one desk person and she was assisting the customer

I went for a quick birthday trip with my mother. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful, just not when it comes ot changing room:) Had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Hospitality, they will hold your bags after checking out until you are ready to leave

Terrace/balcony whatever they want to call it had no privacy. Faces the cafe so we were unable to sit outside and enjoy the room fully . No natural light either. No accommodations when they said they would try to get us a new room. No good customer service. Shower head kept dripping all night so that was bothersome. One light for the whole room which is near the door and then two little lamps with terrible lighting. I would not stay here again. Close to the beach but there’s closer for better for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area was beautiful with excellent views of the city. The property does not have a fitness facility which was the only disappointment. Overall excellent.

Clean.

Check in took forever. She was alone and the machine to activate the keys was broken. She kept taking people on front of me dealing with valet parking. They made me fill out a second set of paperwork even though all my info had been entered from Expedia and I had prepaid. I waited after a full day of flying and my husband standing in the lobby waiting with luggage for over 30 minutes for what should’ve tape 5-10 tops! The one girl at the desk was nice but slow. We checked in at 10:30pm and were leaving for a cruise at 9am the next day and they still have the gall to charge a $45 “resort fee” when all we did was go to sleep. The room was supposed to be an upgraded “terrace view king” and when we opened the door we smelled a musty room with a king bed that took up the entire room. It was so small in there and my terrace view was actually a ground floor view onto the very noisy and public courtyard where people were passing by all night and hanging out and being noisy. I felt unsafe the entire night. Overall room felt thrown together and lacked any comfort. If it had been earlier in the day I most definitely would’ve left and found a better place to stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms are a little small but overall great find.

I booked 2 beds room and she gave me a single bed room without letting me know. The girl who checked in wasn’t not polite or courteous.

Great atmosphere, staff was helpful

Clean property with decent rooms. No gym on the property.

Amazing staff, service, beaches, area, definitely will be back here asap!
