Great apartement, easy access, staff upgraded our room, very clean. Hotel is in a great location, right in liverpool city centre and close proximity to the dock.

Amazing apartment. Perfect location in the middle of everything. Super clean and spacious. Quick and easy check in and check out. The room had lots of amenities to use if needed. The only things I would say is our room was over the Escape Room place with a bar. This bar was noisy throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper, it might be worth asking for a room facing the streets. The room was also warm as it is Summer so be prepared for that too. Would highly recommend staying here and will be definitely returning!

We were here for two nights. Very comfortable apartment fit for purpose. We didn’t cook whilst here but the cupboards looked well stocked. Very central to the places that we needed to get to. Only slight downfall was that, when closed, the window in the living room had a “gap” which meant that noise could be heard outside when my sister was trying to sleep on the bed settee.

Great stay. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Staff on reception were excellent and helpful. We even got a free upgrade on arrival. Excellent location in the city centre and easily accessible to major sites. Would definitely stay again

Great location. Check-in and check-out were easy and they held our luggage after we checked-out, which made things very easy for us. The unit was tight but very clean and new.

Lovely apartment

Excellent location right in the centre of Liverpool with the Albert Dock, museums, cathedrals, the station etc all within easy walking distance. Secure parking was available for £20 a night and worth using. Staff were excellent and communication prior to and during our stay was perfect. The apartment was very clean and with separate bedrooms, a small kitchen, a fridge freezer etc it was so much better being here than a typical hotel. Only very minor improvement I could suggest would be the furniture some of which is a little on the cheaper side (the mattress on the sofa bed is super thin and uncomfortable) but it’s perfectly fine for a few days and I would happily stay here again if still priced competitively. Good Stay, Good Location, but we had a couple of issues - it was very hot as no ventilation. The bed was very soft and caused back pain

Location, space and clean

This property is at a great location, within the Liverpool One shopping center area. It is very close to the port area, other city attractions, and the Lime Street train station. We can cook simple meals with everything provided in the kitchen. We were also allowed to check-in early due to a injury my husband suffered right before our trip. The staff is very helpful and considerate.

Property is in a great position for the Albert dock, excellent underground parking. Apartment was very clean & tidy. We were upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment & the bedrooms were a good size with good size beds, 1 room was en-suite

We’ve stayed here before, great location in Liverpool, communication with the property was easy and parking is secure underground.

Great stay over very busy LFC parade bank holiday weekend. Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location and perfect apartment. Highly recommended!

Really lovely apartment well laid out with all amenities. Although right in shopping centre it wasn’t noisey at night. Really close to Docks and tourist buses and boats. Staff friendly.
