The best stay I’ve had in awhile!! Very spacious and fresh no carpet love it!!!

Hand prints on the windows, bed squeaks, hallway and room had an odor, didn’t smell clean. Overall it was ok

We were very happy with our stay and the breakfast options were excellent

I’m a local resident, but I wanted to take a break in a different environment after post surgery. I have never stayed in the hotel before, but it looks brand new. The staff is great. The rooms are clean, great breakfast in the morning and I only add that it was a pleasant day. I’ll probably stay there again and recommend the hotel to my out-of-town relatives that visits frequently.

It was OK. Best part is next to highway, with easy access.

Very mediocre for the price. Walls are paper thin. Can hear the the people walking on the floors above you. No towels in the pool area. And the floor in our room was incredibly bowed, it was like a speed bump in the middle of the room (so weird)

We stayed in 311 and air conditioning did not work properly. Would not cool well at night. Reported it and didnt get fixed. Always like to stay at comfort inn and suites but the price was way too high and bed were uncomfortable. We had to stay due to storm in our local area and we had no power for 3 days.

The room we were in had stained furniture and the bathrooms had brown moldy stuff.

It was so nice that when my husband got to the room, he asked if I had paid for an upgrade. Nice, clean room.

Had a problem with the AC but staff was quick to resolve

Shower curtain was dirty with splatter as well as mold at the bottom. Commode also had mold. Room was dusty and crummy throughout. Both duvet covers on beds were stained and one had makeup on it. Kitchenette is basically empty. No way to wash dishes (soap, paper towels). No spoons. One glass, two plates, two bowls. Pool is not heated. No fault to the hotel but good to know - the gym is just outside the pool and we observed sopping wet children in there. We wiped the floor with multiple towels before working out. Several children running up and down our hall knocking on doors as well as on the floor above us. We called the front desk twice.

Paid for a hotel with an indoor pool. They told me sunday when i booked that day additionally that the pool would be open that night....... they lied for 3 days every day saying it would open later in the day. Dissapointed, however the room was great.

First n foremost got to property n kids were totally disappointed because the pool wasn’t not accessible Staff has a staring problem Room just didn’t give clean AT ALL Then it was HELL tryin to contact anyone to change r cancel reservations I’m home now n still totally aggravated as hell
