Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and house keeping came daily to clean and leave water bottle refills.

Great location, clean and modern property but had issues with the A/C not resolve during my stay. The staff seems green and not properly trained.

Camino Real Merida is our usual choice when we visit. Staff was as usual: most helpful and friendly. The Gym was a bit messy when we try to use it on Saturday morning, with furniture and appliances out of place. (Still the treadmills worked ok). This time room was a little noisy. Maybe because of the pipes of the building.

Great place to stay, quiet and well maintained.

Such a great hotel

Los cuartos son muy bonitos (pero extrañé las batas y las pantuflas que daban antes). Usamos el gimnasio que está muy bien equipado. El staff de front desk es muy amable y servicial. Pero debo felicitar al Ingeniero que me ayudó a tener una mejor velocidad de internet en mi laptop (y no estuvo fácil por un problema en mi laptop!!) Gracias!!
