Breakfast is not impressive to say the least

Great location right in front of the station, very clean and seems new, very pleasant staff. I would stay here again if I came back to Izumo.

Despite the hotel being street across from Izumo’s nightlife hotspot(not as big as you’d imagine, only like a block or two,) it was quiet at night for a good rest. Only issue we had was the hair dryer in the room. Our’s didn’t work, even with the instruction. But as long as you take the hot spring on 1st floor, you can use Dyson hairdryer there so no problem.

My wife and I visited friends in Izumoshi and we booked this hotel’s suite room. I believe there is only one of these rooms in the hotel. It has two king size beds, a separate living room area with chairs and a sofa, and a bathroom that has two sinks and an enormous shower and bathtub. Looking at the floor plan, it looks like this room takes the same floor space as three of the hotel’s regular rooms — so while we were very pleased with our room, the regular rooms are probably on the smaller side. We also had dinner at a restaurant about two blocks away called Wasabi. No English, but the food was really good — sashimi, local beef with local peppercorns, house salad with fried Izumo soba noodles, roasted Nodoguro (a local fish), etc.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location very convenient for public transport. Excellent room with great amenities and very clean and fresh. Highly recommended.

Tiny bathroom with extremely small toilet, not comfortable. Dirty sofa No safe in room

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to the Izumoshi station and it’s quiet, new and clean.

It was very comfortable and relax stay. Also it is close to the station so it was very helpful. Only thing was that there were other guests who are not respecting other guests ( they seem other Asians and badly behaving in the public bath - drinking in the public bath and also opening a bottle and put the lid back and placed back to the fridge. They were very loud too…. Not acceptable behaviours. Hope there should be more instruction to be given for those who are not used to the Japanese culture, and disrespecting the other guests by being loud behaviours.

Nice hotel. Rooms are large Restaurant not so clear if they open in the evening or not, and seems a bit expensive. Hamburger at 2,600 Japanese yen

The hotel is fantastic. Location is well appointed by the station, staff are friendly, lots of freebies and nice touches including free evening food. A large sauna and onsen bath area with fantastic very clean facilities. Excellent breakfast with both Japanese or Western options. highly Recommend

parking is little far but this property is nice,

広いお部屋でゆっくりくつろげました。サービスのしじみラーメンも美味しかったです。

きれいな部屋で、ベットの寝心地も良かったです。部屋着が、セパレートで分かれていて、ホテル内を気兼ねなく歩けて良かったです。二十四時間のスパが広くはないけど、良かったです。アメニティも豊富に準備されていて良かったです。また利用したいです。

スタッフさんひとりひとりが温かいサービスを随所で見受けられます。

お部屋も清潔で、空きがあったそうで、ワンランクアップなら部屋を用意して頂きました。 お風呂も24時間なのが最高です。 また、利用したいと思います。、
