What's OK: 1. Location. Super close to the train station that goes to KIX airport and Namba area, no need to change trains, just ride once. Very close to Namba, if you want to go to Osaka station you have to walk a little further, but it's still very good. Walking distance to Donqi, Shinsekai. Famima is just across the street. 2. Facilities. There is a washing machine, sleepwear (unisize and jumpsuit), standard amenities, soap, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The shampoo is also good and doesn't make your hair tangled. You can also borrow a bicycle, you have to sign a letter first if you want to borrow it. The condition of the bicycle is good, not heavy, the gears work, although the saddle is not very comfortable. I only lasted 1 hour of cycling, after that my butt hurt. It's not bad to be able to go to Namba in 5 minutes. Joss. What can be improved: 1. Placement of the AC. The position is not strategic, directly facing the bed so the wind keeps blowing on your face. 2. Service. It happened that check-in was at 12 midnight because the flight was delayed for 1 hour. When checking on Traveloka, check-in could be until 02:00, wow it was safe. But when we arrived at the hotel, the door was locked, and there was an information board that said that from 00:00–06:00 the door was locked and would not be served, you have to call if it was urgent. Jeng jeng.. Finally tried pressing the bell while panicking looking for another entrance. Luckily there was a staff who opened it, but his face was annoyed. The expectation should have been to check whether there were still guests on that day who had not checked in, so we could anticipate their arrival. Overall, the head pillow is standard, the blanket is quite comfortable, unfortunately there is no window view. The room size is standard, there is no special closet for hanging clothes, so the hanger is just open. There is a clothes spray (it smells nice) and a standard Japanese shoe horn. The shower water pressure is sufficient, the default shower temperature is warm, so if you want it cold it automatically becomes warm. Nightwear is provided in one size and a set (not very comfortable to wear because the size is very big, it feels like wearing a bathrobe). The washing machine is standard, not one that smells like detergent, but it is clean enough, and the price is affordable. Apart from the check-in experience, I liked staying here and would probably repeat for location reasons (if the price doesn't suddenly inflate).

Good and value for money. Near train station

Easy check in and check out, very good location, travel from the airport by Nankai limited express, take the elevator out of the South exit, you will see a crosswalk in front of the hotel. Easy to travel, near many train lines, near Donki, Shinsekai, opposite the hotel there is a Family Mart. The hotel has bicycles for rent, I like it very much, I can ride everywhere. There are pajamas provided, the bed is soft and comfortable to sleep. Stayed for 4 nights, felt very good staying here.

Good location & great accommodation.

The location is very strategic, just across from Shin-imamiya station. The rooms are cleaned every day, it's comfortable here, besides that it's close to Mega Don Quito and Daiso.

Nearby subway train station. Easy to find. Reached quite late because [I came] from USJ. The reception staff is not friendly at all. [He is the] 1st Japanese that I found not polite. Maybe his shift is ending soon so he is tired already. I don't know. The room is ngam-ngam. Only 1 person can walk at 1 time. But they have a bathtub. Nice. Only stay 1 night for sleep. 10 PM check-in. 6 AM check-out. Lol.

Overall semuanya memuaskan dan akan kembali lagi ke sini kalau lagi ke Osaka.

It was a great stay here. The location is superb near Train Station Shin-Imamiya (both JR or Metro). Shin-Imamiya is not as big as Umeda/Namba station, but it was good for me, so it's easier for me to find the right line (the line in Japan is confusing btw haha). Also, the Rapit train from Kansai still stopped here. The room was okay, clean, and cozy. We can also put our luggage in their locker after check out (we take it at the same day btw). The receptionist is also nice even though their English is not really good, but they're helpful. We really recommend you if you're going to visit Osaka!

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, clean all the way through. Very strategic location, lots of food options, stores, and a few train station options to choose from. Only take 1 train ride from the airport. They have coin laundry on site and a coin machine, which are great.

I had a pleasant staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious, and it has a private bathroom with a bathtub and POLA amenities! They provide additional amenities at the lobby if you need more and even a laundry coin. They go beyond by providing free coffee and a microwave to use at the restaurant so we can warm up our food. The location is also one of the best. It ' s near Shin-Imamiya and Dobutsu-mae station, so you can go everywhere in Osaka and even Kansai. It ' s also near one of the biggest Don Quixote-10 minutes walk.
