Brilliant from start to finish. Check in was quick and friendly. Every staff member we came into contaxt with was lovely and so helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and perfectly cooked. Cannot fault our stay at all.

Very clean. Large choice at breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. Beautiful views. One quibble - a lift would have been nice - the stairs are a challenge for creaky knees.

Beautifully appointed rooms with a fantastic view made for a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was made to order and hot. Very impressive!

Location of the hotel was good. Room was right next to reception and was abit noisy at times with people booking in. I didn’t have the breakfast as I was walking and needed to leave at 8am. I personally think 8am is late to start breakfast service.

Good sized room, massive comfortable bed, excellent views toward the lake, clean, decent bathroom (shower no bath but a good shower). Sat in the bay window reading our books after a long walk with window open, just very relaxing. Parking was £6, seemed to be plenty of spaces. Derwent water is an easy stroll post dinner if you want to walk it off. Breakfast was full service as table, plenty of space and room, staff were lovely, food was good. Can’t think of a single downside really and I’d happily stay there again.

Jason was so helpful at the front desk with restaurant and activity suggestions. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Hope park. The room was immaculate, the bed was great, bathroom spotless and the views have to be some of the best in Keswick. ALL the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was also fantastic with everything local and fresh. All in all a fantastic place to stay, thank you.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Keswick and not too far from the lake. We booked a lake view, the room was comfortable and warm. The room comes with a good breakfast to start your day. Parking is a bonus, we had to pay for this as we had not booked direct with the hotel. You can park for free out the front of the hotel if you are lucky to get a space. Staff are polite and friendly. Great weekend, thank you.

Very convenient , quiet location, easily walkable to the town centre, lake and bus station. Friendly, helpful staff, and beautiful mountain view from our bedroom window. Hope to go back again soon!

Great location, lovely breakfast and service

A really lovely place to stay. Across the street is a park and mountain view. The location was excellent. The service wonderful with a lovely breakfast. The only thing that was a bother was no breeze on a cool night left my room to warm for a while. Still, I would love to stay here again.

The Crow Park is in a row of similar hotels and bed & breakfasts. There are stairs to get up to these properties and more stairs to get up to the rooms, but we didn't mind as we had a lovely view out our window from the top of the hotel. Our main issue was that the room was quite warm--lucky us! That meant that we had perfect weather! The front desk provided us with a small fan, which helped! The cooked to order breakfast was delightful, and the hotel was close to the lake and to town--very walkable. We were able to park on the street for free. We loved our stay in Keswick!

Clean and didn’t have any odors (including fragrances). Comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was adequate. Good location to town. Rear parking option was good

Great location for town centre with convenient parking at the rear of the property. 5 mins walk to town centre. We chose a large double room with a lovely view over Cat Bells. Hotel standards are excellent. Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and all local produce. Will definitely return.
