Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff and service. Stayed in the Address hotels in Dubai previously and wasn’t sure if this would be to the same standard, but it’s exactly the same quality and service.

very bad smell in the room and there is no conserge in the hotel اand the staff is not friendly

All is good except a sewage smell came out from the bathroom around midnight .

Location was excellent. Many options for dining, shopping. Attention to detail was impeccable. Customer service was beyond excellent. Food at the hotel was on the pricey end, but the service was truly impeccable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Hotel decor was immaculate. Spa services were great. Overall the hotel stay was beyond our expectations and more. Looking forward to visiting again.

The room was ever clean , the staff was professional and i hope to come back again.

A really nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Swimming pool is excellent and really close to the emaar square mall.

Staff too good especially Mayah but generally Its a place to keep and recommend other friends

Stay was generally nice especially the pool and gym. The staff could have been more helpful - at one point i asked if they could call a cab and they told me to use uber - fair enough - but the address doesnt come up - taxi's cant find the location and then the concierge gives incorrect or incomplete info. Also tried to book a restaurant and they just never tot back to me on two occasions. Probably not a 5 star, def a 4-star.

Amazing hotel

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel facilities are rooms and very nice, also the spa service and staff is amazing. However, and it’s a pity, friendliness and kindness of reception staff is very poor. It was like two worlds, hotel itself pretty nice but during check in the athnosphere was like checking in a 2 star hotel in Istanbul downtown. For such nice hotel and high price the experience should be complete, they need to train or change the staff at reception to be at the same level of the rest of the hotel. I might come back but got a “sweet and sour” feeling.
